Transgender Target Voyeur – “Shauna Smith,” aka Sean Patrick Smith, admitted to shooting a secret video of a young woman undressing in an Idaho Target store changing room (while he was dressed as a woman himself). The following is the text of the police affidavit of probably cause for the arrest of suspected Idaho transgender voyeur “Shauna Smith,” whose birth name is Sean Patrick Smith. Affidavit of Probable Cause for Warrantless Arrest under I.C.R. 5

Detective Zeb Graham, the undersigned peace officer, being first duly sworn, deposes and states under oath as follows:

1. I am a duly qualified and acting peace officer for Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office.

2. I have probable cause to believe the above-identified defendant committed the offense(s) of Video Voyeurism (FELONY)(IC 18-6609).

3. The facts upon which I rely in believing there is probable cause that the above defendant. _ _ committed the above offense(s) On July 11, 2016, Deputy P. Sagers responded to a report of a disturbance that took place at Target (a large retail store), city of Ammon, Bonneville County, ID. An 18-year old female, M.R., reported to Deputy Sagers that while she was trying on swimwear in a fitting room at Target, someone in the adjacent fitting room was video recording or taking photographs of her with an Apple Phone i by holding the phone over top of the barrier between the rooms.

The victim’s mother, T.R., confronted the suspect, who immediately fled on foot. Both M.R. and T.R. described the suspect as a white male who was wearing a dress and a blonde wig. A witness, T.M, observed the suspect get into a vehicle and leave area. This vehicle is registered to the defendant. On July 12, 2016, I contacted the defendant’s roommate, L.B., who told me that her [roommate] is a transgender male who identifies as a female, Shauna Smith. I showed L.B. surveillance still photos of the suspect from [Target], and L.B. identified the suspect’s clothing as that of the defendant’s [sic].

I contacted the defendant on July 12, 2016. I interviewed the defendant. The defendant eventually admitted to me that she [he] had made videos in the past of women undressing. The defendant told me that she [he] makes these videos for the ‘same reason men go online to look at pornography’. The defendant told me that she [he] finds the videos sexually gratifying. The defendant asked me to unlock her [his] Apple iPhone and look at the camera roll. I looked at the camera roll and observed a video of a young adult female undressing in a changing room at what appears to be Target. The defendant admitted to me that this video was recorded at Target.

Dear Target,

My family and I are joining the Target boycott and will no longer shop at your stores. It is preposterous that all Target stores now allow men to use female restrooms—a sex predator’s dream. Girls have the basic right not to have their private spaces invaded by men, for ANY reason.

My family has done a LOT of shopping at Target over the years, but no more. One of my five children even worked at Target–but now I will not allow my two teenage kids to apply for a job there given Target’s leftist, politically correct corporate policies. Target has chosen to be contemptuous of common sense and Americans who are motivated by faith, decency and traditional morality. So we in turn choose to no longer support Target with our consumer dollars.

Folks, here is a short video produced by Coach Dave Daubenmire of Pass the Salt Ministries confirming Target Corporation’s official policy allowing males to enter women’s restrooms in all Target stores nationwide. Target is one of the leading corporations pandering to the LGBTQ Lobby–see this AFTAH article on their endorsement of the radical LGBTQ “Equality Act.” American Family Association now has more than 1.1 millions signatures on its petition to Boycott Target over it’s pro-transgender bathroom policy. Target Backs Side of Homosexual ‘Marriage’ in Minnesota

AFTAH in the News: Why would a major ‘family-oriented’ corporation back foes of natural marriage in the middle of a ballot campaign?

Folks, it’s up to us to hold soulless corporations who back immorality accountable. The item below appeared in AFA’s “One News Now” news service. I hope they are wrong, because if they are correct and America is jettisoning its Christian roots to embrace sexual sin and the trivialization of “marriage” to accommodate it, we will continue to decay like all once-great civilizations before us. (In that sense, there is no American “exceptionalism”….)

God will not be mocked, and it is difficult for God to “Bless America” if America blesses sodomy and sexual sin.

Referring to the corporation pumping funds into the campaign to defeat Minnesota’s Marriage Protection Amendment, Peter LaBarbera says Target has missed the mark on moral issues.

The Americans for Truth About Homosexuality (AFTAH) founder reports that Target has pledged to donate 100 percent of earnings from “pride” T-shirt sales during June to the Family Equality Council, a group that is against the proposed constitutional amendment that will go to Minnesota voters in November (see earlier story).

“It’s unbelievable to me that Target would give $120,000 to the pro-homosexual marriage side, right in the middle of a ballot campaign [on traditional marriage],” he comments. “This will certainly have an impact on Target’s bottom line, as pro-traditional marriage Americans find out that Target is now a pro-same-sex ‘marriage’ company.”

The pro-family movement must re-engage in the corporate arena, or there is no hope of recovering moral sanity in the larger culture. …A platoon of Raytheon employees wearing identical blue-and-black bowling shirts, pins with the company’s logo and black pants proudly walked the halls of this fall’s convention of Out & Equal, an organization that brings together the networks of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people – GLBT, in the argot of the moment – that have taken root at America’s big companies.

For three days in Chicago, with about 1,700 delegates from other companies, the 67 members of Raytheon’s GLBT network could attend workshops with such titles as The Cost of Transgender Health Benefits, Breaking Through the Lavender Ceiling and Male-on-Male Sexual Harassment: An Emerging Issue…

When Justin Nelson was trying to get the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce off the ground in 2003, IBM offered its support. “If they hadn’t joined, there wouldn’t be a chamber,” Nelson says. Big Blue was followed by Wells Fargo, Motorola, Intel, American Express and recently, Wal-Mart…

Some companies are grappling with how to manage employees switching from one sex to another. American Airlines and its HR people helped a 58-year-old pilot – an ex-Marine and Vietnam combat veteran – go from being Robert to Bobbi. Energy giant Chevron published “Transgender@Chevron,” an eight-page guide to the issues that come up when a worker changes gender identity, ranging from the bureaucratic (don’t forget to get a new security badge) to the everyday (when it’s appropriate to move from the men’s room to the ladies’ room or vice versa)…

This is how workplace changes typically happen at big companies – from the inside out. Gay and lesbian employees come out of the closet. They find one another. They organize. They enlist straight allies. And they take their concerns to top managers.

These gay networks customarily meet in company facilities, use the company intranet, and receive financial support…

  • Among corporations, IBM is the No. 1 financial supporter of gay rights groups in the U.S.
  • To export its gay-friendly culture, IBM supports employee GLBT groups in 23 countries, including Singapore, Slovakia and Colombia. There’s plenty to do: In 80 countries homosexual acts are illegal, as they were in parts of the U.S. until a few years ago.
  • Last year IBM convened a group of gay college students at the Human Rights Campaign to form a national organization of students in science and technology.
  • IBM persuaded Dr. Marci Bowers, one of the world’s leading sex-reassignment surgeons and herself a transgendered person, to participate in the company’s health insurance program.

…the truth is that for the past 15 years, boycotts or no boycotts, corporate America has been moving in only one direction, and at a pretty rapid pace.

Do you recall that the restaurant chain Cracker Barrel fired gay workers back in 1991 for not having “normal heterosexual values”? Well, a few years ago, when a Kodak employee sent an e-mail to co-workers objecting to the company’s endorsement of National Coming Out day as “disgusting and offensive,” he was the one who was fired when he declined to apologize. He was entitled to his beliefs, the company explained, but his behavior was not aligned with Kodak’s values.

So it’s clear where big business is going. What’s interesting is to watch it pull the rest of the country along. It turns out that the most important factor shaping people’s feelings about gay issues is not their age or even their religion – although those do matter – but whether they have relatives, friends or co-workers who are gay.
