LISTEN: Cliff Kincaid Discusses Blood Supply Risks and Homosexuals in the Military at AFTAH Truth Academy

Tuesday, August 23rd, 2011
AFTAH has launched a “Keep the Gay Blood Ban” campaign to oppose the renewed Homosexual Lobby push to end the FDA ban on “men who have had sex with men” giving blood. Cliff Kincaid discusses the extraordinary health risks associated with gay male sex.

The following is excerpted from a presentation by Cliff Kincaid [click HERE to listen; see listening instructions below] at the debut Americans For Truth Academy in August 2010. Kincaid discusses the risks of opening up the blood supply to men practicing homosexuality. The talk by Kincaid — Director of Accuracy in Media’s Center for Investigative Journalism and founder of America’s Survival — is titled, “The Battle over Blood: Gay Health Risks and Public Policy.” He focuses on the homosexual-related health threats to our military and spoke before the law was changed to allow homosexuals to serve openly in the military. AFTAH Radio Hour replayed this excerpted speech August 6, 2011.

Cliff Kincaid

Kincaid asks, “How can you admit gay males in the military if gay men can’t give blood” — and speculates that the renewed push to open up the blood supply to homosexuals is motivated by the need to address that quandary. He also mentions an in-depth America’s Survival report on health risks and the military by Dale O’Leary, “Asking for Trouble: How admitting homosexuals to the U.S. Armed Forces will undermine military readiness, order and discipline,” available in PDF format HERE. [NOTE: the full presentation by Kincaid includes Q & A; this and a second talk by Kincaid in Chicago is available on the Chicago 2010 Truth Academy DVD set offered below.]

Video: Obama’s White House Signing Ceremony for Repeal of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell

Friday, April 8th, 2011

Obama: “We are not going to be dragging our feet to get this done”

Dear Readers, below is a YouTube video of President Obama’s Dec. 22, 2010 signing of the repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell”  — ie., the ban on open homosexuality in the military. Republicans currently are struggling to respond to the rapid pro-homosexual changes in our military — which have their root in a campaign promise by Obama to his homosexual activist supporters. Take note at how everything in this White House celebration presumes that homosexuality be understood as an innocuous or positive identity, and the advancement of the “rights” of a minority (“gays and lesbians”). What is alien to this celebration of the “GLBT” Lobby’s greatest political victory to date is the conception of homosexuality as immoral (sinful), unnatural and/or destructive behavior.

The public’s embrace of this zeitgeist exchange of identity/group-civil rights for anti-social misbehavior is the single greatest achievement of the modern homosexual activist movement. However — just as the popularization of “pro-choice” rhetoric has no bearing on the ethics of killing innocent, unborn babies in the womb — this highly strategic, pro-“gay” cultural transformation has no bearing on the morality of homosexual practice. Nor does it negate the massive health risks and other pitfalls associated with homosexuality, including the emerging reality that homosexuality-based “rights’ destroy religious freedom (to oppose same-sex conduct). These matters obviously are of little concern to liberals, who are now so wedded to the “gay civil rights” paradigm that they see any attempt to view homosexuality through the (religious) lens of wrong-yet-changeable behavior as itself an act of “prejudice,” to quote our Commander-in-Chief.  — Peter LaBarbera, www. aftah.org

Combat Troops to Get Pro-Homosexual Sensitivity Training

Thursday, March 17th, 2011

We’ve got a lot of catching up to do on the Obama Administration’s ever-expanding homosexualist agenda. A few more developments like this and the United States will grow into a much larger version of morally decadent Great Britain. Where is the Republican Party in seeking to reverse this nonsense? At the very minimum they should be calling hearings to investigate how Obama and Defense Secretary Robert Gates manipulated Congress into rushing into this pro-homosexual, wartime remodeling of our Armed Forces in a lame-duck session. TAKE ACTION: Call your Congressman and Senators at 202-224-3121 and urge them to investigate the Obama homosexualization of the American military. — Peter LaBarbera, www.aftah.org

The Washington Times reports:

Combat troops to get gay sensitivity training

New policy OK’d for battlefield

By Rowan Scarborough, Washington Times, Feb. 24, 2011

American combat troops will get sensitivity training directly on the battlefield about the military’s new policy on gays instead of waiting until they return to home base in the United States, the senior enlisted man in Afghanistan said Thursday.

The Pentagon is launching an extensive force-wide program to ease the process of integrating open homosexuals into the ranks, including into close-knit fighting units. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Marvin Hill, the top enlisted man in Afghanistan where 100,000 U.S. troops are deployed, said that the sessions on respecting gays’ rights will go right down to the forward operating bases, where troops fight Taliban militants.

Video Shows Joint Chiefs’ Grim Reaction to Obama Plan for Homosexuals in the Military

Thursday, February 3rd, 2011

This video says it all regarding the Joint Chiefs’ grim reaction to President Obama’s plan to homosexualize the U.S. military. Kudos to the Thomas More Law Center for their excellent work in opposing the repeal of the common-sense ban on homosexuals in our Armed Forces. The saddest thing of all is that this battle need not have been lost had more VIP “conservatives” acted,  well, conservatively in mobilizing the country against this “lame-duck” congressional outrage.  — Peter LaBarbera, www.aftah.org

LISTEN: AFTAH Interview with Gary Glenn – Part One

Wednesday, February 2nd, 2011

This is the first of a multi-part interview [Click HERE] with Gary Glenn, president of American Family Association of Michigan. It was pre-taped and aired January 29, 2011. AFTAH president Peter LaBarbera describes Glenn as one of the most effective, strategic and principled pro-family leaders in the United States (which probably explains why he is despised and routinely smeared by the pro-homosexuality Left and pro-“gay” Republicans). Part of the conversation revolves around whether “conservatism” can abide the promotion of homosexuality through Republican-oriented groups such as GOProud — which has been accepted as a sponsor at the upcoming CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference) in D.C. Glenn says the truly conservative portions of GOProud’s stated agenda (e.g., support for gun rights) are “window dressing’ for their real goal of “advancing the homosexual agenda.” He also discusses the recent lame-duck congressional repeal of the ban on homosexuals in the military – noting that our Armed Forces are “being used as a tool of social experimentation.” Glenn said pro-family advocates need to deal with the reality that politicians “understand two things”: punishment and rewards.

LISTEN: AFTAH Interview with Chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt – Part Two

Sunday, January 30th, 2011

Chaps Klingenschmitt

Part Two of our  interview with “Chaps” Gordon Klingenschmitt of the Pray in Jesus Name Project. This was pre-recorded and aired Jan. 22,  2010 on WYLL-AM 1160 in Chicagoland. This is the second of a two-part interview; click HERE to listen to Part One. AFTAH President Peter LaBarbera and Chaps discuss the next steps in the debate over “homosexualizing” the U.S. military — following the lame-duck congressional repeal of the ban against homosexual servicemembers. They discuss the prospects of Republicans in Congress making a serious move to thwart or reverse the implemtation of the new plan to open up the Armed Forces to open homosexuals. Chaps also rebuts left-wing accounts that accuse him of deceit in his public efforts as a then-Navy chaplain to “pray in Jesus’ name.”

AFTAH Interview with Chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt – Part One

Wednesday, December 29th, 2010

"Chaps" Klingenschmitt

This interview with Gordon James “Chaps” Klingenschmitt [click HERE to listen] was pre-taped and aired Christmas day, 2010. Chaps is founder of the “Pray in Jesus’ Name Project,” named after his much-publicized struggle to pray in Jesus’ name in public and without restrictions as a U.S. Navy Chaplain — which cost him his career in the service. Chaps, a graduate of the Air Force Academy, discusses his work reaching men and women for Christ in the Navy — including an “exorcism” involving a woman who overcame lesbianism. AFTAH President Peter LaBarbera commends Klingenschmitt for his yeoman’s work in mobilizing tens of thousands of Americans to fight the Democrat-led, lame-duck congressional effort to repeal the ban on homosexuals in the military. Chaps discusses God’s view of homosexuality as sin, and says his biggest disappointment among Senate Republicans who joined the Democrats in ending the homosexual ban was Mark Kirk — the new Illinois Senator who quickly alienated conservatives in his own state by voting for the repeal. Part Two of this interview will air in January.

Sen. Lieberman Is Wrong – Repealing Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell Is Not about ‘Civil Rights’ but Pushing Homosexuality on the Military

Saturday, December 18th, 2010

Will “Orthodox” phoney Lieberman walk, not drive, to the Capitol to cast his vote to homosexualize the Armed Forces?

AFTAH News Release, Dember 18, 2010

Contact: Peter LaBarbera: 630-717-7631; americansfortruth@gmail.com

Sen. Joe Lieberman's phoney piety is exposed by his emergence as a leading crusader in Congress for the homosexual agenda.

CHICAGO – As most Americans shop and begin making preparations for Christmas or their religious holiday, the U.S. Senate, led by Majority Leader Harry Reid (D) and Sen. Joseph Lieberman (independent), is busy securing a vote to effectively homosexualize our Armed Forces.  [Call your Senators at 202-224-3121 to oppose the repeal of the law banning open homosexuality in the military (commonly called “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell”).]

Peter LaBarbera, president of Americans For Truth About Homosexuality, which opposes the “gay” activist agenda, said today’s vote, potentially clearing the way for repealing the military ban, is the most important homosexuality-related congressional vote ever held: “If the lame-duck Congress succeeds in ‘gaying down’ our military this weekend, it will take a disastrous leap toward “mainstreaming” deviant, sinful homosexual conduct – not just in the military but in larger society — thus further propelling America’s moral downward spiral.

“This is a needless injection of sexual politics into our Armed Forces,” LaBarbera said, noting that the President’s own DoD report on implementing the Repeal reveals:

  • 23.7 percent of surveyed Service members (38.1 percent of Marines) said repealing “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” would cause them to “leave [the military] sooner than I planned” or “think about leaving sooner than I had planned”;
  • 44.3 percent of combat veterans (59.4 percent of Marines) said that having an open homosexual in their immediate unit in the field or at sea would “Negatively” or “Very Negatively” affect their “unit’s effectiveness at completing its mission”;
