VIDEO: AFTAH Press Conference at HRC against ‘Gay Pride’: Linda Harvey on Gay Youth Propaganda and Diane Gramley on Gay Health Risks

Thursday, June 6th, 2013

The following is Part Two of America’s Survival’s coverage of our press conference Tuesday, June 4, 2013, in front of the D.C. headquarters of Human Rights Campaign, the world’s largest and most powerful homosexual activist lobby organization. Speaking first is Linda Harvey, founder and president of Mission America, discussing the homosexualist agenda and youth. She is followed by Diane Gramley, president of American Family Association of Pennsylvania, who discusses homosexual-related health risks. The text of both Harvey’s and Gramley’s speeches follow the video, after the jump:

Text of speech by Linda Harvey:

Remarks by Linda Harvey, President, Mission America, www.missionamerica.com , June 4, 2013

Press conference at Human Rights Campaign, Washington, DC:

Is homosexuality a human right? No, it’s not. This sexual preference is not intrinsic to human beings, is far from positive conduct for any person and certainly not for children, but the organization in the building behind me believes it is. And they intend to keep using smoke and mirrors to prevent America from a careful analysis, from a respectful debate, about what they are demanding.

Starting with its deceptive name, the Human Rights Campaign is spreading sweeping lies throughout America. And they are, of course, not alone.  From the misnomer of “gay pride” as deviant displays in our major cities, to the ungodly idea of two men or two women as marriage, HRC joins other untrustworthy groups to arm-twist and bully our country into embracing high-risk immorality, behavior that no one ever needs to do in the first place. People aren’t born homosexual, so objecting to this conduct is not a violation of anyone’s “rights.”

But how does HRC deal with challenges? By “agreeing to disagree”? By welcoming a reasonable debate? No, if you disagree, you become the target of smear campaigns, where truth is noticeably absent. If you stand up for man/woman marriage, HRC calls you a hateful bigot.

MSNBC Anchor Contessa Brewer Compares Opponents of Homosexuality to Racists at ‘Gay Journalists’ Fundraiser

Monday, March 25th, 2013

Reporters sound like ”gay” activists at homosexual journalists fundraiser in New York City

Contessa Brewer of MSNBC says giving fair coverage to opponents of homosexuality would be like giving "fair coverage to racists."
Contessa Brewer of MSNBC says giving fair coverage to opponents of homosexuality would be like giving “fair coverage for racists.”

By Peter LaBarbera

NEW YORK CITY — MSNBC anchor Contessa Brewer said at a “gay journalists” fundraiser Thursday that for the media to give fair coverage to ”the other side” of the homosexual rights debate – pro-family advocates who oppose homosexuality – would be like giving ”fair coverage for racists.”

“You know what’s so funny about this? When we’re talking about racism, nobody ever says, ‘Do you think there’s fair coverage for racists?’” Brewer said.

Asserting that opposition to homosexuality is objectively “wrong,” Brewer said, “I think that there’s a difference between being objective and being fair.  And sometimes wrong is wrong, and the right thing to do is say when it’s wrong.”

Brewer made the comments in a short interview with this writer at the annual fundraising event for the National Lesbian and Gay Journalists Association (NLGJA). I attended the “Headlines and Headliners benefit” as a critical observer along with Cliff Kincaid of the conservative group America’s Survival.

Brewer, NBC ”Today Show” host Matt Lauer, Today Show co-host Natalie Morales, “CBS This Morning” co-host Gayle King and other major media TV media personalities attended the NLGJA fundraiser and lauded the homosexual group’s work. Morales, who hosted the event. told this writer in an interview that homosexual rights is “a new civil rights movement.” In her speech to about 300 attendees, she celebrated the advances of the LGBT movement (including same-sex “marriage”) and applauded the NLGJA, now in its 18th year. Noting the media’s key role in the propelling “gay” rights forward, Morales said, “”We’re all united in this cause.”

Among the sponsoring news corporations at the NLGJA fundraiser were: NBC Universal (lead sponsor); CBS News, CNN, Fox News, The New York Times; Bloomberg News, Buzzfeed; and Newsday. The NLGJA raised $75,000 from the event, according to its website.

Following is a verbatim transcript of this writer’s interview with Brewer, taken from a video of it shot by Kincaid:

Q: I’m Peter LaBarbera with Americans For Truth…. We’re sort of on the other side of the issue. We’re for traditional marriage and so forth….My question is: for some in the media, are you afraid that there’s not fair coverage for the other side – [that] now it’s veering so far the other way… that sometimes there’s a tendency to—

Contessa Brewer:– You know what’s so funny about this? When we’re talking about racism, nobody ever says, ‘Do you think there’s fair coverage for racists?’ That’s my feeling about the matter. I think that there’s a difference between being objective and being fair.  And sometimes wrong is wrong, and the right thing to do is say when it’s wrong.

LaBarbera: A lot of Christians, for example, think that racism is a sin, but they also think tht homosexuality [is a sin]–

Brewer: –You know what I say? I grew up as the daughter of a Baptist preacher, and you know what my answer always is? If you think it’s wrong, then don’t do it. Thank you. [she walks away]

VIDEO: Homosexual Man Responds to ‘It Gets Better Project’ with Video: ‘It Got Worse’

Thursday, December 20th, 2012

Single gay man in his thirties compares ”flakey” homosexual men to shallow, vicious 14-year-old girls…

It_Got_Worse_14-year-old-girlsFolks, here is a fascinating eight-and-a-half-minute YouTube video that reminds me of how — despite 20 years of monitoring the “gay” movement – AFTAH has only skimmed the surface in exposing the tragic reality of the homosexual lifestyle. AFTAH is excoriated by “gay” activists for allegedly exaggerating homosexuality’s downsides, but the reality is quite the opposite: as outsiders (I am not nor have I ever been homosexual or homosexually-tempted), we fail to convey how dysfunctional, superficial, and destructive it actually is.

The anonymous author of this video is no fan of AFTAH, to be sure. On Dec. 18, he tweeted: “My video is not meant for hetero[sexual] bigots. [It] is meant for other gay men who have to deal with the same things I do.” But that only makes the video more authoritative, not less. God only knows how representative and accurate this fellow’s bitter assessment of male homosexuality is. However, the video is a necessary and frank rebuttal to the ubiquitous cheerleading for homosexuality, as typified by the thousands of videos inspired by homosexual militant Dan Savage’s youth-oriented “It Gets Better Project.”

Few could doubt that LGBT advocates — desperate to rationalize their own (or a friend’s or relative’s) homosexuality, tend to downplay its many negatives. And of course the media and Hollywood — pressured by GLAAD (Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) – glamorize homosexuality. Think of this presentation as a lone, politically incorrect — and well documented — counterpoint to all the “gay”-affirming buzz. Following the video is research provided by the author to back up his claims. – Peter LaBarbera, AFTAH

When President Obama and the Democrats formally embraced homosexual “marriage,” “gay” activists cheered. But many members of a larger political constituency, Black Christians, cringed. This video by Bishop E.W. Jackson, founder of Chesapeake, Va.-based  STAND (Staying True to America’s National Destiny), has gone viral, with over 1.1 million YouTube hits. Americans For Truth’s radio/podcast interview with Bishop Jackson will be posted shortly. — Peter LaBarbera, Americans For Truth

Nebraska Lesbian Charlie Rogers Arrested for Faking Violent ‘Hate Crime’ against Herself

Monday, August 27th, 2012

Folks, this is a stunning hoax perpetrated by Nebraska lesbian activist and former college sports star Charlie Rogers, who apparently lied about an alleged violent “hate crime” against her–for which she has now been arrested by police for making a false report. The Lincoln Journal-Star reports:

“On July 22, [Rogers] told police three masked men broke into her home, bound her, cut anti-gay slurs into her skin and tried to set the place on fire. Thousands of people denounced the attack. Hundreds rallied around the 33-year-old lesbian woman, giving money and holding vigils in Lincoln and Omaha. News of the attack got play on CNN, NBC, in Sports Illustrated and newspapers across the country.”

KETV (Omaha) has blocked embedding of its pre-arrest interview with Rogers [click HERE to view], where she cries and does an incredible acting job in a pathetic attempt to keep her “victim” story alive.

The following YouTube piece by “Bellicose Nation” does a pretty good job dissecting this homosexual hoax and the thinking that inspired it. AFTAH will have more on this and other phony “gay hate crimes” in the days ahead:

VIDEO: SPLC ‘Gives License’ for Anti-Christian Hate Violence, Family Research Council’s Tony Perkins Tells FOX News

Saturday, August 18th, 2012

The following is Family Research Council (FRC) President Tony Perkins’ appearance on FOX News’ “America Live with Megyn Kelly” (August 16, 2012). Perkins correctly states that the Southern Poverty Law Center’s (SPLC) agenda with regard to pro-family groups like FRC that oppose the homosexualist agenda is to marginalize these organizations. AFTAH, American Family Association, Mission America and a host of other pro-family organizations have been similarly smeared as “hate groups” by the SPLC:
