San Francisco AFTER the ‘Public Nudity Ban’ – AFTAH Exposes Depraved and Nudity-Filled ‘Up Your Alley’ Street Fair

Perverse event in world’s “gay-est” city features “daddy-boy” master-slaves, human “puppies,” “Naked Twister” and lots of bared body parts

SAN FRANCISCO, POST-“NUDITY BAN”: San Francisco adopted a “public nudity” ban in 2012. However, it exempted annual nudist events and homosexual-oriented street fairs like the “Up Your Alley” held in the city Sunday. The event drew thousands and featured hundreds upon hundreds of men (and some women) in various states of undress, including full frontal nudity. “Up Your Alley” also promoted condom-less “barebacking” sodomy (condemned by the CDC) despite the presence of AIDS groups; and celebrated human degradation (“slaves”); and consensual violence, e.g., whipping people to the point of bleeding as an S&M ritual (see photos below). SAN FRANCISCO, California– Dear AFTAH Readers:

I was curious to see what out-and-proud San Francisco was like AFTER the city council passed its 2012 “public nudity ban”–which, curiously enough, exempts massive street fairs celebrating nudity and perversion. (This is San Francisco, after all.) So I ventured out to the world’s most sexually deviant city last weekend (Sunday, July 27) to cover its annual “Up Your Alley” street fair, also called “Dore Alley“–put on by the same proud perverts (er…sadomasochistic “leathermen”) that annually stage the notorious Folsom Street Fair.

Organizers of the “Up Your Ally” fair call it “Folsom’s Dirty Little Brother,” which, considering Folsom’s unbridled debauchery, is quite a recommendation for boundary-defying libertines and tourist gawkers who are there for the freak show. Below is the first installment of a several-part photo-story on the twisted event and the bizarre ethos of San Francisco; the next installment will document the fair’s promotion of “barebacking” (anal sex without a condom)–thus violating the CDC’s longtime, basic recommendation for HIV prevention to “men who have sex with men”: always use a condom. — Peter LaBarbera, AFTAH

THIS BOY IS NOT PLAYING HOCKEY: Perhaps the spikes on his face mask give it away. Grown man poses with his boy love “slave” for a photo at Up Your Alley Fair in San Francisco. The young man had a little white “tail” protruding from his shorts in the back. I witnessed dozens of “masters” walking around with their “slaves” attached to a leash (like a dog). And I also saw more than a few “Master/Slave couples” in which the master was much older than his boy slave(s). There were also heterosexual “Master/Slave” duos at Up Your Alley.

As the Bible says, “they invent ways of doing evil” (Ephesians 1:30). Here is one of the BDSM women at the street fair: 

PENIS ENVY? This is a woman with a strap-on “dildo” (fake penis). It is attached to her groin area with a harness. She was seen earlier in a groping situation with a man. Sexual and gender confusion reign in San Francisco. It should be noted here, strange and comical as it may seem, that some lesbians use dildos to simulate heterosexual sex and/or anal sodomy. There are many attempts to imitate heterosexuality (i.e., normalcy)–some cruder than others–in the LGBT world. 

As with the Folsom Street Fair, held in September, the “Up Your Alley” street fair was put on by the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence–a perverse “charity” that raises funds for local LGBT- and AIDS-oriented groups even as it crudely mocks the Catholic Church and Judeo-Christian morality.

MOCKING CHRISTIANS, SAN FRANCISCO-STYLE: A drag-queen “Sister of Perpetual Indulgence” “mans” one of the entrance gates at the Up Your Alley fair. The “Sisters” pretend that they are a real “religious order” as they viciously mock religion (especially the Catholic Church) and promote the most heinous sexual perversions known to mankind. Through events like Up Your Alley and the larger “Folsom Street Fair,” the “Sisters” raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for local LGBT- and HIV-oriented groups.

I saw more exposed penises and butts in a few hours at the Up Your Alley fair than I’ve seen in a lifetime, or so it seemed–and that includes diaper-changes for my five kids! It got real old, real fast (and note the sartorial conformity of the proud sex rebels!).

Of course, deviance begets deviance, so it makes sense that the immoral, perverse and once-taboo behavior of homosexuality would be disproportionately associated with various other sexual and gender perversions–including exhibitionism (a paraphilia). Think about it: if it’s OK to be a “proud” homosexual, why not be a proud exhibitionist? Or a proud sexual sadist? Or even a proud “slave”? Did you know that there is a special flag for “Leather Pride”? (It’s black and blue–no joke.) Moral Relativism 101 in action:

BIG CROWDS: Lest anyone dismiss the BSDM (“leather”) movement as fringe, the crowd at Up Your Alley–smaller in scope than its deviant cousin, the Folsom Street Fair–was very big and growing as the day went on. This is a midday photo. The event was advertised in San Francisco’s “gay” Castro district, where at some establishments “Leather Pride” flags fly alongside the more familiar “Rainbow Flags” symbolizing the LGBT movement.

I felt sorry for the old geezers walking around in their birthday suits, mostly alone. They are the undesirables in a narcissistic, “gay” male subculture that worships young, sculpted bodies.

PITY THE AGING PERVERTS: Is there anything quite as pathetic as this? I felt sorry for the old men walking around completely naked, and mostly ignored. Nudity blocked.

Celebrating Pain and Humiliation

As always at such “leather” festivals, there were scenes of whipping for the purpose of sexual gratification–i.e., consensual sexual violence. Normal, healthy society tries to alleviate pain, heal wounds, and lift the human spirit. Disordered, sadistic/masochistic “sexuality” inflicts pain, intentionally causes wounds, and celebrates human degradation.

The world’s largest purveyor of abortions, Planned Parenthood, is now promoting sadomasochism. Is THIS what Planned Parenthood wants to teach children is healthy and acceptable? In the first photo below, a man whips another man to the point of bleeding as onlookers stand nearby. The recipient’s bloodied rear is shown in the second photo. In the third photo, a man is whipped on a stage in the dance area of the Up Your Alley fair:

“THANK YOU, SIR, MAY i HAVE ANOTHER?!” Here are the results of the whipping: the bloodied and scarred rear end of the masochist. The hand belongs to the purveyor of the “punishment,” who is wiping blood off the willing “victim.” Like a scene out of some Mel Brooks’ film, the man being whipped yelled out, “Thank you, sir!” after each snap of the whip tearing at his bare skin. In the photo below, another man is being whipped on an elevated stage overseeing the dance section of the Up Your Alley fair.

AIDS crisis? What AIDS crisis?

In another photo-report, I will delve into how homosexual activists are flouting the most basic HIV prevention guidelines laid out by the government–especially the use of condoms for “men who have sex with men” (MSM). Purveyors of homosexual “barebacking” pornography sold their sickening wares at the event, and evidently even had special sponsorship status, per the photo below at an entrance gate. It was as if the AIDS plague cutting short the lives of hundreds of thousands of “gay” men had never happened:

MAKING DANGEROUS SEX MORE DANGEROUS: A web distributor of condomless “barebacking” porn has a banner at one of the street entrances of Up Your Alley fair. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) strongly urges condom use for “men having sex with men” to prevent HIV–but many “gay” men ignore the CDC guidelines.

Young Men and Old Perverts

The photo below may haunt you like it has me. In normal and decent society, humiliating and degrading people–especially those whom you love–is a terrible thing to do. But in the twisted “leather” subculture, they are celebrated as part of “consensual,” dominant-submissive “relationships.” Here this young, pantless man with his penis sheathed is treated essentially like a dog by his “master,” who patted his head during the photo. Parents and grandparents: can you imagine if your son or grandson ended up like the pitiable, leather-masked “slave” below?

Sexual “progressivism” is a sham: countless men and women walked by this poor “slave” being led around on a leash without saying a word–thus sharing, in some way, the responsibility for this despicable “tolerance” and celebration of human degradation and cruelty. Where is the liberal outrage at the resurgence of slavery, albeit “consensual”? Where are the local newspaper editorials condemning “pride” in such vile “lifestyles” and behaviors? Where are the liberal blog posts denouncing the added exploitation factor of the masters being significantly older than their “slaves”–and using their money and higher station in life to manipulate vulnerable young men like this into acting out their sick fantasies? They are few and far between, because the ideology and practice of “leather” falls under the umbrella and politically correct protection of LGBT “diversity.” I should note here that there are homosexuals who are as outraged by this extremism as I am.

CELEBRATING “CONSENSUAL” CRUELTY AND ABUSE: This heartbreaking photo is of a younger male “slave” with his cigar-smoking “master.” (I don’t know if the other, black fellow is also a “master.”) Note the affected, faux masculinity of the macho “leathermen,” as well as the age-difference between “master(s)  and slave.” It is easier to exploit someone who is closer to being a child–especially when you have the money and power to buy his affection and loyalty. Only in the twisted and depraved world of BDSM is such humiliation and cruelty celebrated as a “lifestyle.” 

A LEATHER DADDY AND HIS “BOY”: The same young male “slave” is led around by a leash by his much older, cigar-smoking leather “master.”

Below, another apparent “master” wraps his two “slaves” to a tree at the Up Your Alley fair. Again, note the age difference:

SICK & TWISTED, NOT TO MENTION EXPLOITATIVE: Another leather “daddy” carefully affixes one of his two “boy” slaves to a tree. In the perverse homosexual BDSM culture (and among non-leather “gay” men as well), there are older “daddies” looking for “boys,” and vice versa. This yellow-haired fellow appears to be younger than 20 years old. Note the knee pads.

IMAGINE IF THESE WERE YOUR SONS: At right is the second boy-slave of the much older leather “daddy,” with the back side of the first boy tied to the tree at left. Restraining breathing (asphyxiation) to build sexual intensity and lose control is a big part of sadomasochism. The symbolism could not be more stark: in normal culture, men (and women) yearn to breathe freely. In the demented–and many would say demonic–culture of BDSM, breathing is restricted as a “turn on” and as part of one partner exercising domination and total control over another. Obviously, “playing” with breathing is dangerous: actor David Carradine died accidentally from self-inflicted “auto-erotic asphyxiation.” 

WHEN MEN BECOME DOGS: Nothing says “Liberal Progress” and “Gay Pride” like grown men becoming human “dogs” (and sex slaves) for their “master.” Note the dog chains and “puppy paws” on the younger men. ‘NAKED TWISTER’: Do you remember playing “Twister” as a kid? Well, here’s a version that would better be named “Twisted.” Instead of the usual directives like “right foot on yellow circle,” the MC would call out phrases like “Left hand on right butt cheek.” This popular attraction at Up Your Alley was sponsored by Steamworks, a bathhouse–the MC called it a “big beautiful sex club”–where homosexual men go for anonymous, orgiastic sexual encounters with other men. Steamworks has bathhouses in Chicago, Toronto, Vancouver and Berkeley, California, near San Francisco.
