New York City’s annual homosexual “Pride” parade–sponsored Sunday (June 28, 2015) for the first time at the highest “Platinum” level by Walmart Corporation–featured nudity, lewdness, vulgarity and even a sadomasochism float–subjecting the many young children who either marched in or viewed the parade to behaviors and messages that are highly inappropriate for their age and emotional immaturity. [See photos below.]
This AFTAH writer observed most of the parade, which was dominated by major corporate sponsors. One of the bases for the Supreme Court’s stunningly radical June 26 ruling creating a “constitutional right” for homosexual “marriage” is that it “safeguards children and families.” But in truth homosexual parenting harms kids in a variety of ways. It was precisely homosexual (and pro-”gay”) parents who brought impressionable children to observe this highly-sexualized parade glorifying immorality and gender confusion. This is just one example, but a very troubling one, of how “gay parenting” harms children.
I asked a woman who was hostile to me being there about the propriety of exposing kids to lewd behaviors and vulgarity. She said she didn’t agree with everything that goes on at the “pride” parade but that nobody was forcing people to attend it. However, that right to choose does not extend to minor children, who are taken to such bawdy events by their parents and subjected to the perverseness and homo-eroticism that naturally flow from a parade celebrating deviant sex and gender. One such child was a girl standing next to me who appeared to be about 10 or 11; she was evidently dropped off by her father (I saw a man check on her once), who left her alone for hours to view the “pride” parade.

At one point half-way through the parade, as I stood near the corner of Fifth Avenue and 10th Street (near the homosexual “pride”-celebrating Church of the Ascension), two homosexual activists, a man and a woman–started verbally challenging me, escalating to outright harassment. They had figured out that I was not a homosexual enthusiast and were upset that a moral critic was taking photos at “their” parade, even though it was a very public event.

In a stunning, politically-correct turnaround following a week of LGBT protests and media and business opposition, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence yesterday signed into law a pro-homosexual legislative “fix” of the state’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA)–effectively turning it into Indiana’s first statewide homosexual “rights” law.
The language of the revised RFRA crafted by Indiana’s Republican House and Senate leaders and signed into law by Gov. Pence stipulates that the new RFRA “does not authorize a provider to refuse to offer or provide services, facilities, use of public accommodation, goods, employment, or housing” to any Indiana citizen on the basis of “sexual orientation” and “gender identity”–in addition to the usual criteria such as race, sex and disability. When asked specifically at a press conference yesterday if the revised RFRA legislation could be used to defend the besieged owners of an Indiana pizza shop who told a reporter that theoretically they would not serve a homosexual “wedding,” Indiana House Speaker Brian Bosma said:
“We can unequivocally say that RFRA cannot be used to discriminate against anyone.”
The law still protects churches and religious, non-profit organizations from being forced to participate in homosexual “weddings”–but not everyday small businessmen like the owners of the Indianapolis cookie stand “Just Cookies.” In 2012, the Christian owners of Just Cookies declined on principle to make “rainbow cookies” for a homosexual student group at Purdue University-Indianapolis. “Gay’ activists led a campaign against the company using Indianapolis’ “sexual orientation” statute; ultimately the owners settled with the city without paying damages. Folks, we have heard back from a few of you who have contacted Southwest (and other major corporations) that sponsored a radical LGBTQ conference in Denver February 4-8. The “Creating Change” conference for homosexual, transgender and other sexual activists screened the documentary, “Corpus Christi: Playing with Redemption,” celebrating a play in which the Jesus Christ character is cast as a homosexual who once committed sodomy with Judas and who performs a homosexual “marriage” between two of his male “disciples” [see AFTAH story HERE].
Apparently, Southwest representatives are telling people that AFTAH gave out false information and that SWA did not (directly) sponsor the “Gay Jesus” documentary, only the larger “Creating Change” conference. This is a classic dodge, although it is also a tacit admission by SWA that the “Corpus Christi” documentary is highly offensive to people of faith.
Of course, as AFTAH wrote earlier, the blasphemous film was just one item in a conference filled with the celebration of extreme behaviors—ranging from “polyamory” (multiple-partner sexual unions); to “kink” (sadomasochism); to extreme gender confusion; to the “queering” of Christianity (including a talk on the “biblical case for same-sex marriage”). AFTAH reader Kim Eith (read her excellent correspondence with SWA below) has it exactly right: “sponsorship of that conference equates to sponsorship of all activities occurring at that conference.” Southwest needs to own their role in the “Creating Change” event in all its perverseness–including “Creating Change’s” honoring of a sadomasochist (Mark Frazier), who owns a “gay leather bar” in Dallas that caters to a perversion known as “puppy play” (see graphic above). Below is one of those weird, nonjudgmental descriptions in left-biased Wikipedia of “Puppy Play”–a perversion which, by the way, I witnessed firsthand last year at the San Francisco “Dore Alley” street fair:
In puppy play, or dog play, at least one of the participants acts out canine mannerisms and behaviors, which is sometimes associated with leather culture. If there is a dominant role it can be taken by a “handler”, “trainer”, “master”, or in the case of someone who still identifies as canine, an “alpha”. Sick stuff, to be sure–and glorified by the same National LGBTQ Task Force that proudly screened the “homosexual Jesus” documentary. Sadly, Southwest Airlines, based in Dallas, has not even come close to apologizing for its role in this uber-perverse, Christianity-bashing conference. Do the execs at SWA think we’re stupid, that we can’t read? Do they even know what sort of radical “Change” is advocated at the Task Force conferences? We must keep up the pressure on Southwest, Comcast/NBC, Wells Fargo and the other sponsors [contact info HERE].

My husband and I sent separate emails to Southwest today. We also cancelled an upcoming flight with this airline today. I called Southwest on this date and received this response from the lady I spoke to: ” There has been a misunderstanding. A Southwest corporate officer informed us today that there has been false accusations about Southwest and the LGBTQ conference. Southwest did not sponsor the documentary or film shown at the conference.” My reply; “Southwest is a corporate sponsor, which is clearly indicated on the Create Change LGBTQ conference materials and therefore, any sponsorship of that conference equates to sponsorship of all activities occurring at that conference.”
As we stated in our email, we will not support Southwest or any sponsor of this conference until they apologize to all Christians and change their stance on this situation. People’s sexual preferences are personal and while my love of my fellow citizens, family and friends is not based upon personal views and practices, I will not stand by and watch others attempt to obliterate my Christian values, and especially my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Embracing the “Gay” Lie and slandering God in the process: Apple CEO Tim Cook writes that he is “proud to be gay, and I consider being gay among the greatest gifts God has given me.” Cook was repeating a gay theology falsehood, labeled as “Satan’s Talking Points” by AFTAH. Homosexual activists have worked to switched the societal stigma from people practicing the sin of homosexuality to the people opposing it. Cook is giving heavily to an HRC project to promote homosexuality in the South.

I hope you had a blessed Christmas Day. Happy New Year! This is the season to dwell on Absolute Truth, lest we reduce “the holidays”—happy or otherwise–to mere sentimentality. Divine Truth. We profess it, but do we actually believe in it? The namesake of Christmas—Jesus Christ–is the most important Absolute Truth anyone can ever know: God becoming man, to solve man’s sin problem. [“He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world.”—1 John 2:2]
The explosion of sexual sin in Western cultures–especially one like ours with a magnificent Christian heritage that still professes to be “under God”–is ultimately a manifestation of losing the Truth of Jesus. Let’s face it: many or even most Americans—secular or professing “Christians”–think they’re “smarter than God” when it comes to sex (and other issues), and the result is a society is awash in sin and its consequences: fornication, broken homes, divorce, abortion, widespread STDs and, yes, homosexualism and extreme gender rebellion.
All sins dishonor God, but there’s something especially deplorable and significant about the spread of homosexuality and related perversions in a civilization. Someone smart once said something to the effect that if homosexual sodomy—what Noah Webster in 1828 defined as “a crime against nature”–is OK, then nothing is wrong. The court-imposed spread of sodomy-based “marriage” is a cultural act of defiance for which America will be judged—or perhaps is already being judged–as a nation. Following and obeying Jesus is the key to righteousness. I find this reality to be evident in my own life: the more I stray from the Savior, the less virtuous, the less “godly,” I become. The closer I get to Jesus through the Scriptures, the Word of God, the more righteous I become. So it is with nations.
Changing the standard of right and wrong
All people sin. But most of us lack the audacity and hubris to attempt to change the transcendent, eternal standard of Right and Wrong, even as we fall short, sometimes woefully short, of God’s righteous demands.
But the earthly “enemies” against which AFTAH contends are all about changing the Truth standard–in a desperate quest to rationalize their sin. They want to change God’s plumb line of righteousness, based on the authority of, well, their feelings. “LGBTQueer” forces–fueled by seemingly endless financial resources–work day and night to change the standard, but the standard does not change. The standard cannot change.

Walmart is now publicly pro-”gay” and giving major grants to homosexual/transgender events and organizations, including $25,000-50,000 in 2014 to the “Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund”–a group that helps elect “out” homosexuals to political office (mostly Democrats).
Giving corporate dollars to “gay/trans” groups like GLVF helps Walmart increase its score on the rigged “Corporate Equality Index” (CEI) put out annually by the homosexual lobby group Human Rights Campaign.
Walmart’s pro-homosexual/-transgender CEI score is now 90 percent–up from 40 percent in 2008. The world’s largest company has embraced a pro-homosexual/bi/transgender agenda in recent years, especially after granting homosexual “domestic partner” employee benefits in 2013.
The CEI scoring system is completely biased against social conservatives: if Walmart were to give a grant to a pro-family group like AFTAH that opposes homosexual “marriage” and male “transgenders” using female restrooms, it would lose 25 points according to HRC’s rigged CEI scoring system.
The only way for Walmart to get the 10 points it needs to reach a perfect “100-percent” score on the CEI scorecard is for it to provide ”transgender health benefits”–paying for or subsidizing body-mutilating “sex reassignment surgeries” like the one shown below (as a “health” benefit).

As I was researching alleged man-boy sex predator and Obama major donor Terry Bean, I stumbled upon a rather startling fact that indicates how rapidly Corporate America is caving in to the Homosexual Lobby: Walmart is now giving large donations to one of the most political of all the homosexual/transgender groups, the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund–which works to elect openly homosexual legislators, and which Bean co-founded.
In at least each of the last two years, Walmart has paid for a full-page ad in the GLVF’s newsletter, “Victory Magazine.” Walmart is listed as having donated between $25,000 and $49,999 to the Victory Fund in 2013 as a “Strategic Partner” of the homosexual organization, in the GLVF’s Spring/Summer newsletter. That is a higher level of giving than Southwest Airlines, which in recent years has been a much more active corporate donor to homosexual/transgender activist causes. (Southwest was listed as giving the Victory Fund in range of $10,000-$24,999 in the same period.)
The Walmart ad in the GLVF newsletter reads:
“Walmart is proud to support LGBT LEADERS 2014.
“We celebrate with you the gift of leadership that inspires us to do all we can, together, to help people live better.”
Walmart’s five-figure gift to a homosexual activist political organization, and its other gifts to “gay pride” events and causes like an ad in the 2014 “New York City Pride Guide,” paralleling Walmart’s increasingly pro-homosexual rating in the Human Rights Campaign’s“Corporate Equality Index”–from — percent in 2007 to 60 percent in 2012 to 90 percent today [see CEI 2015 report on PDF HERE]. As AFTAH has reported in a previous article ["HRC's Rigged CEI Rating System"], the CEI report is geared toward pressuring companies to building a pro-homosexual profile, including through corporate gifts to “gay” groups–with the ultimate “reward” for homosexually-compliant corporations being their designation by HRC’s as a “100-percent” CEI-ranked business.

Say No to Shopping at Pro-‘LGBTQueer’ Macy’s

Hey, ladies, would it bother you if a guy changing into a dress occupied the fitting room stall next to you at Macy’s? If this creeps you out, you should thank Natalie Johnson.
She tried to preevent this from happening at a Macy’s in San Antonio several years ago. And of course, the Macy’s management was extremely thankful to her for telling a teen cross-dressing male, accompanied by several other “LGBTqueer” friends, that he could not enter the female fitting room.
No, wait. They weren’t thankful. In fact, the Macy’s managers told Natalie to turn in her badge, so to speak. Natalie was terminated but the pushy and deluded young male (a non-female) was given honor and respect for the worthy goal of
invading the privacy and safety of actual women.
Natalie cited the Macy’s employment non-discrimination policy, one that includes the category of “religion.” She’s a Christian and found it offensive for a male to undress in the women’s fitting room.
But religious rights are only included in the Macy’s employment manual for show, apparently. In a head-to head contest against boys in lipstick and heels, the boys win. That’s the culture of Macy’s.
This is why I have not been inside a Macy’s since 2011. I used to spend quite a bit of money during the holidays at our local Macys—but no longer. This decision was reinforced as I watched and photographed the huge Macy’s red star balloon flying high above the Columbus “gay” pride parade in both 2013 and 2014. The banner carried by the Macy’s employee group marchers read, “Pride and Joy.”
For Mother’s Day Starbucks released the commercial below, voiced by Oprah Winfrey and hawking a new “Oprah Chai” tea. The ad celebrates all sorts of moms–including the “two moms are better than one mom”–shown with the affectionate lesbian “moms” at right and the “M’s” in “MOM” in what I suppose is an alphabetic homoerotic embrace (see :24 point in ad). Messages like this no long shock a post-Christian America shaped in part by decadent corporations pandering to the highly organized LGBT lobby. Starbucks already has sold its corporate soul (is that an oxymoron?) to the homosexual agenda. Its executives made that clear in 2012 when they defiantly rebuffed a boycott threat by the National Organization for Marriage (NOM) and affirmed that support for homosexual “marriage” is a “core” Starbucks value.
The NOM “Dump Starbucks” boycott that followed seems anemic two years later (only 68,200 pledges)–but Starbucks [877-421-9062] remains a plump target for a more effectual and better organized boycott. Let’s face it: finding substitutes for overpriced yuppie coffee is pretty easy. We’ll see what happens, but one thing is certain: Starbucks execs are not backing down in their support of sexual sin and they surely aren’t acting like they fear the consumer power of mobilized religious conservatives.
As for the content of the ad, Oprah and Starbucks are dead wrong: Two lesbians “moms” are NOT better than one mom–especially one raising children with her husband and their father in a real marriage. And if higher numbers are better, wouldn’t three or four lesbian moms be best? We used to take it for granted that kids do better with a married mother and father, but now that’s a point of contention and marriage itself is being radically redefined. The reality is, this liberal social engineering is bad for kids: Kansas State professor Walter Schumm confirmed ”[Paul] Cameron’s (2006) hypothesis that gay and lesbian parents would be more likely to have gay, lesbian, bisexual or unsure (of sexual orientation) sons and daughters.”
As for single moms, our hearts go out to the many women who find themselves struggling to provide for their children with no dad in the house. But at least in most cases, single moms did not set out to deny their kids a father–just as single straight dads–unlike homosexual two-”dad” households–did not intentionally create motherless homes. And unlike those snuggling Starbucks lesbians in the ad below, single moms are not modeling deviant and immoral behavior condemned by God to their innocent children. –Peter LaBarbera, AFTAH
