Twitter Locks Out AFTAH’s Peter LaBarbera over 2016 Tweet Calling Homosexual Sodomy a ‘Sin’ that ‘Spreads Disease’Social media giant rejects appeal; with tweet deleted, account is now activeUPDATE: LaBarbera Loses Appeal: Early this morning (Oct. 19, 2018), Twitter rejected Peter LaBarbera’s appeal regarding what it alleged was an “abusive” and “hateful” 2016 tweet. The tweet called sodomy a “sin” that “spreads disease” and urged a homosexual activist to abstain from it for life. [See LaBarbera’s appeal-letter HERE in LifeSiteNews–which was similarly “locked out” by Twitter for a 2014 tweet pertaining to homosexual health risks; the next day, Twitter reversed itself following a petition campaign by LSN.] With his appeal denied, LaBarbera deleted the tweet in question from his Twitter feed, and was reinstated by Twitter.
