This interview aired September 4, 2010, and is the first of three parts. Gagnon discusses how liberal Christians display Pharisee-like tendencies by conditioning their “love” for homosexuals on downplaying biblical admonitions against homosexual practice (thus wrongly decoupling biblical love from God’s law). He also discusses Chicago evangelical Andrew Marin’s distorted understanding of what the Bible teaches regarding the proper Christian outreach toward people struggling with homosexuality.
