Excerpted from Man Testifies He Saw Blood on Defendant, published Oct 29, 2006, by Chicago Tribune:
The [homosexual] partner of a man on trial in the 2002 slaying of a woman who worked at a Northwest Side funeral home testified Friday that he noticed blood on his partner and that the man had extra cash after the attack allegedly occurred.
Raymond Scacchitti, 42, testified in the trial of Nicholas Gutierrez, 23, charged in the Nov. 13, 2002, slaying of Mary Stachowicz, 51.
The two men, who also worked at the F.J. Sikorski Funeral Home, lived in an apartment above the business where Stachowicz’s body was found in a crawl space.
Scacchitti said Stachowicz knew he and Gutierrez were gay and never questioned them about their lifestyle.
Gutierrez’s public defenders, who do not deny Gutierrez killed Stachowicz, said she instigated the attack by deriding him for being gay.

Excerpted from Woman’s Death at Hands of ‘Gay’ Her Fault, Says Lawyer, published Nov 1, 2006, by WorldNet Daily:
Mary Stachowicz was attacked with such ferocity the assailant’s hunting knife blade was bent, but a defense attorney for her alleged attacker is painting her with the blame, saying it wasn’t a “hate crime” and it happened because her comments about his “gay” lifestyle assaulted the man…
LaBarbera said the woman “is a modern day martyr who died because she told the truth to a man caught up in homosexuality. Her compelling story is largely unknown to Americans, because the same media that devoted millions of print column inches and broadcast minutes to covering the Matthew Shepard murder case have largely ignored Mary’s story.”
“The reality today is that growing secularist intolerance threatens to redefine Judeo-Christian beliefs as ‘prejudice, intolerance,’ or worse, ‘hatred.'”

Excerpted from Ex-Gay Advocate Urges Telling Truth About Molestation-Homosexuality Link, by Ed Thomas, published Oct 26, 2006, by Agape Press:
The executive director of an organization that offers support to members and to the families of members of the “ex-gay” community — former homosexuals and those struggling with unwanted same-sex attraction — has a unique perspective on the Mark Foley scandal. While reproaches and recriminations abound in the media, she says someone needs to offer the disgraced former Congressman and others like him a message of hope and truth.
Regina Griggs of the group Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays and Gays, or PFOX, says it is not enough for the public discourse to ignore Foley’s homosexuality or to affirm its existence while condemning his immoral and possibly criminal actions — specifically his alleged sending of sexually suggestive e-mails to underage boys in the Congressional Page Program. But even getting to the bottom of a criminal investigation of the allegations against Foley, she suggests, would not adequately address his situation.
“So why are we not providing hope? Why are we not publishing the facts?” Griggs wants know. And why is no one really telling the clear though politically incorrect truth — about the link between his sexual initiation and his sexual orientation — to “people like Mr. Foley, who decided that he was gay based on something that took place during his teen years?” she asks.

Excerpted from Hamilton Bishop Avoids Scandal, Won’t Fund Event With Homosexual Activist Speaker Loney, published Oct 30, 2006, by LifeSite News:
James Loney became a public figure during the time he was held as an Iraqi hostage last year. He revealed his homosexuality during the publicity furor accompanying his eventual safe return from Iraq last spring…
Although claiming to be a Roman Catholic, Loney expressed a profound dislike of Church-related activities such as prayer and Sunday Mass, in an article entitled “Confessions of a Spiritual Couch Potato” written in 2005.
“I avoid prayer like the plague–the kind where you stop, sit or kneel, do nothing but be, even if for only ten minutes. It’s agony-in-the-garden every time; the easiest thing is to let the cup pass. The thought of fasting nauseates me, and as for Sunday mass–that weekly spiritual reboot and virus check–well, let’s just say I’ve accumulated a significant inventory of mortal sins.”

In less than 24 hours, Allyson Smith received a response from the Archdiocese of San Francisco, an excellent response for which we are truly grateful! You, too, can make a difference, by being informed, by praying often, and by standing firm for Truth!
Permission to use Ellard Hall should not have been given to the group [the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence].
The Archdiocese of San Francisco has directed the parish to end the arrangement immediately.
For years the group has directed contempt and ridicule at Catholic faith and practices.
The particular targets of the group’s derision are women in religious communities, for whom Catholics, and many non-Catholics, have a special reverence and respect.
Fr. Meriwether is on leave from his duties.

From The Politically Incorrect Truth, by Tony Perkins, published Oct 5, 2006, by the Family Research Council:
In the last few days I’ve worked nearly two dozen media interviews on the scandal surrounding Republican Cong. Mark Foley (R-FL) into an already tight schedule that has had me crisscrossing the country. [View appearance on MSNBC’s “Hardball”] The response has been interesting. I’ve been attacked by the Left and some partisans on the Right. One issue that has sent the Left into a tizzy is the point I made in Monday’s Update about the link between male homosexuality and child sexual abuse. The more recent revelation that Foley himself was molested as a teenager, and his lawyer’s acknowledgment that he is indeed a homosexual, simply reinforce a pattern well-attested in the scholarly literature.
For example, the Journal of Sex & Marital Therapy found that boys molested by men are almost four times more likely to become homosexual or bisexual than boys who weren’t molested. Homosexual activists don’t want you to know that, because it undermines the myth that people are “born gay.”
Although homosexuals and bisexuals are less than 3% of the male population, male-on-male abuse accounts for about a third of all child molestation.
The Archives of Sexual Behavior reported that “eighty-six percent of offenders against males described themselves as homosexual or bisexual.” Homosexual activists don’t want you to know that either, because it undermines the myth that homosexuality is an entirely harmless “identity,” rather than a psychological and behavioral pathology. Not all homosexuals are child molesters, and not all child molesters are homosexual–but the link is simply too strong to ignore – even if it is politically incorrect.
We should step back and look at what we’ve become as a nation as tolerance and diversity have been made the guidepost for public life. Our children are not even safe in the midst of some of our nation’s leaders. Do we like what we see?

This is the lifestyle that is being promoted as “normal.” Is this what you call normal?
Lest you laugh this off as ridiculous, this is not a phenomenon unique to far away lands. Twenty-plus years ago, a department store in Southern Indiana resorted to removing the doors from the stalls in the men’s bathroom because of this behavior. And a homosexual “cruising” website lists similar locations across the world where men can meet for anonymous public sex.
Parents, please think twice about letting your young boys go to the men’s room alone.
Excerpted from Gay Sex Forces Closure of Store Toilets, by Jamie Padaram, published Oct 30, 2006, by The Sydney Morning Herald:
The closure of customer toilets in a Myer store due to rampant homosexual activity has exposed a massive list of venues being used by members of a gay website as hook-up points.
Among the places listed as meeting spots for men “cruising for sex”, on squirt.org, is the Royal Australian Air Force’s Richmond base and Sydney Opera House’s toilets.
Management at Myer’s Sydney city store in Pitt Street were forced to close its level one toilet to the public because homosexuals were using the facility as a meeting point, often having sex in full view of other horrified users.
…The website claims to list more than 15,000 locations around Australia “where gay and bisexual guys meet for sex”… A search of the site yielded hundreds of well-known Sydney buildings, parks and beaches.
