This interview with AFTAH Board Member John Biver was pre-recorded and aired Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011. Biver is the editor of ChampionNews.net, based outside Chicago. Biver and AFTAH President Peter LaBarbera discuss moral issues and the Republican Party, and the need for secular conservatives to get better informed on the far-reaching homosexual activist agenda. Biver stresses that many legislators and politicians are uniformed about the homosexual political agenda, leading them to avoid the issue and succumb to intimidation by homosexual activists.

Homosexual “monogamish” adoptive parents knew the third guy in each sex romp; question remains: were special babysitting arrangements made for “the kid”?
By Peter LaBarbera
When it comes to corrections, this one is “So Gay”! – which is to say, you couldn’t make this stuff up if you tried: Dan(“Saliva Terrorist”) Savage, homosexual activist, cyber-slanderer extraordinaire and big-city sex advice columnist, caught me in a technicality in AFTAH’s piece a few weeks back about his extended and fawning interview with the Chicago public TV station WTTW’s program “Chicago Tonight.” I was mistaken: Savage and his homosexual partner (“husband”) Terry did not have two “three-way” sex encounters with “strange” men, as I had written — but rather each time with a guy whom they knew.
Savage, a leading homosexual adoption advocate and the author of “The Kid: What Happened after My Boyfriend and I Decided to Get Pregnant,” writes on his blog:
Correcting the Record
My husband and I have never had a threeway with a “stranger,” Porno Pete [smear term for Peter LaBarbera]. But if you prefer to picture the two of us getting with hot, sweaty, well-hung strangers when you’re drafting a post/rubbing one out/living vicariously though us, go for it.
As for my marriage—my monogamish marriage—it’s lasted twice as long as Ronald Reagan’s first marriage, longer than all but one of Newt Gingrich’s three marriages (and soon it will have lasted longer than all three of Newt’s marriages), and much, much longer than any one of Rush Limbaugh’s four marriages.
So forgive me, Porno Pete, but I kinda maybe think the two of us—me and the husband, still crazy in love after all these years—just might be doing something right.
Now, leaving aside Savage’s petty, “gay”-boilerplate insults against yours truly (I’m a secret homosexual pervert because I fight the “Gay” Lobby) and his feeble attempt at justification by comparison to Newt and Rush, Dan is correct. I carelessly did not report the acknowledged facts of Savage’s and his male lover’s sex romps found in AFTAH’s own post on Savage’s self-reported “three-ways.” Here is what we reported, relaying Dan’s original account in Salon.com, “What does marriage mean?” [relevant portions about Dan’s outside sex partners in blue]:
She demanded the details [of his three-ways], but I would only give her a basic outline. One was a nice French guy who looked like Tom Cruise. The other was with an ex-boyfriend of mine, a Microsoft millionaire who spent hundreds of thousands of dollars building a “playroom” in his basement — a kind of sex toy wonderland. Terry wanted to see this playroom for himself and so we went over for dinner… and one thing led to another…
We emphasized that we regarded three-ways the same way Bill Clinton regarded abortion: They’re best when they’re safe, legal and rare. Really rare. Two in 10 years? We get to vote for president more often than we have three-ways.
First ten questions of the Wright, Adams and Bernat "Homophobia Scale" promoted by PBS. Click to enlarge.
By Peter LaBarbera
Well, I just took the “Homophobia Questionnaire” promoted by PBS’ “Frontline” and it’s official: I am “non-homophobic.” The quiz is called the “Wright, Adams & Bernat Homophobia Scale” and it is — needless to say — biased toward the liberal side on homosexuality. Nevertheless, I “passed” by a comfortable margin — with any score 50 or below registering as “non-homophobic,” and any score 51 or above qualifying as “homophobic.”
Here is Frontline’s description of the test:
In 1996, as part of his study on homophobia, Dr. Henry Adams and his colleagues at the University of Georgia developed their own “Homophobia Scale” by modifying scales used by other researchers in earlier studies. It’s a 25-item questionnaire “designed to measure your thoughts, feelings and behaviors with regards to homosexuality.” The instructions stressed: “It is not a test, so there are no right or wrong answers.”
It should be noted — as we did in reporting pro-family advocates Mat Staver’s and Matt Barber’s “non-homophobic” scores — that we at AFTAH regard the entire concept of “homophobia” as: tendentious; non-scientific; overly-broad, especially due to its ever-expanding application in society (to cover opposition toward rather than irrational fear of homosexuals); subjective; manipulative; and — all too often — a bludgeon with which to demonize and belittle well-meaning opponents of homosexuality (including those motivated by their religion).
Well, what do you know? A “Homophobia” test reported by PBS’ Frontline confirms it: two of the leading national opponents of the pro-homosexual activist agenda — Liberty Counsel’sMat Staver and Matt Barber — are not “homophobic”! (Note: we agree with them that the whole concept of “homophobia” as used by pro-homosexuality advocates and the media is problematic, overly broad and often ridiculous.) I just took the test (based on the Wright, Adams & Bernat Homophobia Scale) and will report the results next post. — Peter LaBarbera, www.aftah.org
From the Liberty Counsel’s radio program “Faith & Freedom,” January 12, 2011:
Left’s rhetoric following Tucson murder recalls Homosexual Lobby’s exploitation of Matthew Shepard murder
For years, liberal, pro-homosexual activists have been using the cynical and dishonest tactic of blaming the Right and conservative rhetoric for horrific acts of violence: remember when the “gay” lobby organizations blamed the “Religious Right” for the 1998 murder of Matthew Shepard — supposedly by creating a “climate of hate” against homosexuals? [See Human Rights Campaign quote in the jump, following video.] Kudos to Brit Hume for supplying his usual dose of common sense, which has a much wider application than the Giffords case:
“The savage beating and burning of Matthew Shepard did not occur in a vacuum. Crimes such as these arise out of minds twisted and misinformed about lesbian and gay people. The leaders of the most powerful religious political organizations — some of which have headquarters right here in Colorado — have made a strategic, political decision to target gays and lesbians,” said Mills at the press conference.

This AFTAH interview [Click HERE] with Matt Barber, Director of Cultural Affairs for the Liberty Counsel, and John Biver, editor at www.ChampionNews.net, aired New Years Day 2011. They discuss with Americans For Truth President Peter LaBarbera — among other issues — the Southern Poverty Law Center’s politicized classification of AFTAH and other pro-family groups as “hate groups.” In the first part of the interview, LaBarbera discusses how homosexual activists manipulated a photo of Matt taken at a pro-family protest to try and make him look “limp-wristed.” (Barber, a former heavyweight boxer, ably describes the “queer” activists’ penchant for putting down their foes by calling them …. homosexuals.) See the hateful Joe Jervis’ embarrassingly sophomoric use of the trick Barber photo HERE.

FOX News "Red Eye" host Greg Gutfeld joked that AFTAH President Peter LaBarbera and other pro-family advocates are secret homosexuals (our meetings are "shirtless"...) because they oppose homosexual activism as immoral. Gutfeld called AFTAH and other pro-family groups "gay-haters."
TAKE ACTION:
1) Please contact FOX’s “Red Eye” and Greg Gutfeld and challenge them for their “hit piece” ridiculing Americans For Truth and moral opponents of the pro-homosexuality agenda. Red Eye’s e-mail is redeye@foxnews.com, and their phone is 212-462-5050. Ask Red Eye to stay true to the FOX network’s “fair and balanced” slogan rather than belittle pro-family advocates using liberal, mocking talking points. Suggest that they allow an AFTAH representative on the show to defend against Gutfeld’s cheap shots against AFTAH and pro-family organizations.
2) Please also contact Fox News (general) HERE or by phone at 888-369-4762. This contact page contains e-mail addresses for all the FOX programs. Urge FOX hosts NOT to abandon opposition to homosexuality as a conservative issue (FOX hosts were largely AWOL in the recent debate over lifting the ban on open homosexuals in the military).
_______________________________
Folks, you know it’s a bad sign for the future of a “conservative” network like FOX News when a homosexual atheist and anti-Christian bigot like Evan Hurst joyously circulates a Fox News program segment — as AFTAH-hating Hurst did in highlighting FOX News’ Red Eye’s recent hit-piece against AFTAH.
Yes, I said FOX News. In the YouTube below, Greg Gutfeld, host of the late-night show “Red Eye,'” tees off on Americans For Truth (and Family Research Council and Concerned Women for America) as “gay haters” using all the liberal, elitist talking points on homosexuality (including that yours truly and other opponents of the pro-homosexuality movement are secret homosexuals ourselves).
Note how FOX analyst-lawyer-babe Kimberly Guilfoyle — ex-wife of San Francisco mayor Gavin Newsom — joins the fray, laughing at and agreeing with Gutfeld’s putdowns, and arrogantly dismissing the pro-family boycott of CPAC (the Conservative Political Action Conference). I would have hoped that Guilfoyle, with all her legal training and Catholic schooling, would have at least challenged Gutfeld’s sophomoric thesis of Moral-Opposition-to-Homosexuality = “Hate” — even if only as a sop to FOX’s millions of faith-based viewers — but apparently that’s too much to ask. Please take the time to contact FOX about not selling out on homosexuality. — Peter LaBarbera, www.aftah.org
