LISTEN: AFTAH Interview with Gary Glenn – Part Two

Thursday, February 10th, 2011

This is Part 2 [click HERE to listen] of our 4-part interview with Gary Glenn, president of American Family Association of Michigan [see Part 1 HERE]. It was pre-taped and aired Feb. 6, 2011. AFTAH President Peter LaBarbera and Glenn discussed how “sexual orientation” laws are inherently discriminatory against people of faith and anyone who opposes homosexuality. Glenn ticks off case after case of Christians and moral organzations like the Boy Scouts being victimized by pro-homosexual “sexual orientation” laws. Glenn also holds a mini radio “Truth Academy” on the proper mindset for pro-family work — urging activists not to use defensive language that suits the Homosexual Lobby’s debate frame but rather to put homosexual activists on the defensive by “telling the truth” that the “homosexual agenda itself discriminates against people.” Glenn and LaBarbera agree that the idea of “civil unions” as a supposed compromise is a non-starter — noting how the concept was regarded as “radical” in Vermont just a few years ago, while today leading liberal elites easily jump from backing “civil unions” to “gay marriage.”  Glenn also discusses school bullying laws, urging an approach that protects ALL students without “segregating” them by singling out “sexual orientation.”

Part Three: AFTAH Interview with Barb Anderson

Monday, December 20th, 2010

Barb Anderson of the Minnesota Family Council

Part Three of our interview with Barb Anderson of the Minnesota Family Council [click HERE to listen]. This segment was pre-taped and aired Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010. Anderson discusses the pro-homosexual propaganda fed to teachers through pro-LGBT seminars and workshops — which is then translated into biased, pro-“gay” education programs in schools. Anderson agrees with AFTAH’s Peter LaBarbera that liberal educators do not want parents to know about the radically pro-homosexual lesson programs that they are foisting on impressionable students in the name of “diversity.” She also comments on the politics of “bullying.” To listen to Part One of the interview, go HERE; for Part Two, go HERE

WARNING: Offensive Content

Part Two of my interview with Barb Anderson of the Minnesota Family Council [listen HERE]. This was pre-taped and aired December 4, 2010. Anderson discusses how comprehensive sex-ed teaches the “how-to’s” of sex in a valueless vacuum, rather than guiding students on how and why to be abstinent until marriage. And due to the ideology of “inclusion,” dangerous practices like anal sex and “rimming” (mouth-anus “sex”) are specifically mentioned in some public sex-ed curriculum. “Rimming” is a repulsive act practiced by many homosexuals, and now by some perverted heterosexuals; you won’t believe this pornographic Wikipedia entry on it [Warning: highly offensive and graphic; Wikipedia is widely used by young students]. Insanely, children are being taught on how to practice this “safely.” It is astonishing that America went from teaching children the Bible in government schools to now instructing them about various disease-producing perversions — to be practiced in heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual or transgended relationships (with no judgments allowed as to which is normal or superior). And then we wonder why America is sliding downhill morally. Part Three of the Anderson interview will air Dec. 18 due to a scheduling delay. – Peter LaBarbera, www.aftah.org

LISTEN: AFTAH Interview with Barb Anderson — Discusses Radical Sex Ed and School Promotion of Homosexuality

Wednesday, December 1st, 2010

WARNING: Graphic and Offensive Topics

Why doesn't the media -- or the SPLC -- call homosexual activist Dan Savage a "hater" given his history of hate-filled attacks against Christians?

This interview [click HERE to listen] with Barbara Anderson of the Minnesota Family Council aired Nov. 27, 2010. Anderson is a writer and researcher for the MFC specializing in education issues. Here she discusses some of the incredible abuses that have gone in the name of education — including teaching young children about anal sex and other homosexual practices in the name of being “inclusive.” Americans For Truth President Peter LaBarbera and Anderson discuss the privileged role that the liberal group SIECUS (Sexuality Information and Education Council of the U.S.) plays in American sex education — while the vast majority of parents remain ignorant of SIECUS’ radical agenda. We’re not going to give it away: you simply have to listen to this interview to believe the incredible things that are being taught to kids in the name of safety, diversity and tolerance. This is the first of three interviews.

In the opening monologue, LaBarbera discusses an incredibly hateful stunt done several years ago by homosexual activist Dan Savage against Pennsylvania’s Republican former U.S. Senator, Rick Santorum. The discussion on “Savage Hate” is in the context of AFTAH now “officially” being labelled a “hate group” by the leftist Southern Poverty Law Center. Savage created an obscene definition for “Santorum”  — a gross byproduct of anal sex — and then set up a website with that creation, Santorum.com [Warning: graphic content].  Anderson says Savage’s deviant definition “truly is a reflection of the kind of perverted thinking of these people … They are not only trying to silence the opposition; they are trying to destroy the opposition.”  LaBarbera asks why the likes of Savage “aren’t ever called haters by the media?”

LISTEN: Part Three – AFTAH Interview with D.L. Foster

Monday, November 15th, 2010

DL Foster, ex-homosexual and founder of Gay Christian Movement Watch (www.gcmwatch.com), and author of "Touching a Dead Man" (www.TouchingaDeadMan.com)..

This third and final part of my interview with D.L. Foster aired Saturday, Nov. 13.  [CLICK HERE to listen.] It was pre-taped a few days before that.  Foster is the founder of Gay Christian Movement Watch (www.gcmwatch.com), which monitors (from a critical perspective) the heretical “gay christian” movement. Commenting on the current media hype over “gay” youth suicides,” Foster accuses the Homosexual Lobby of using children to advance their agenda: and the media is a partner in it.”  Regarding homosexuals in the military, Foster asks: “There are thousands of people that are discharged from the military for all types of reasons…Why is it a national crisis … because some ‘gay’ servicemenber that knows Arabic is kicked out of the Army?”

Foster also describes how overcoming homosexual sin in a person’s life is possible without “reparative therapy.” He says, “The issue of homosexuality is not a therapy issue, it’s a sin issue — and you cannot ‘counsel’ sin out. It must be repented of.” He does cite the role of Christian discipleship through which a mature believer who is familiar with the struggle of homosexuality counsels and helps another Christian in the overcoming process. Listen to Part One HERE of the Foster interview and Part Two HERE. Contact info: you can reach DL Foster at his ministry website HERE. You can also order his book, Touching a Dead Man, HERE. LISTEN: Part Two – AFTAH Interview with D.L. Foster

Monday, November 8th, 2010

D.L. Foster, founder of Gay Christian Movement Watch (www.gcmwatch.com).

Part Two of AFTAH President Peter LaBarbera’s interview with D.L. Foster, founder of Gay Christian Movement Watch (www.gcmwatch.com). This pre-taped interview aired Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010. Part Three will air this Saturday at 11:00 on WYLL-Chicago (AM 1160). Foster and LaBarbera discuss the Republican landslide that swept the GOP into control of the U.S. House of Representatives. They also note the stunning vote in Iowa denying retention to three state Supreme Court judges who voted to legalize homosexual “marriage” in that state. LaBarbera compares the arrogance of liberal congressional leaders to that of homosexual activists like Joe Solmonese of the Human Rights Campaign — who recently declared — in a column attacking Tony Perkins of the Family Research Council — that homosexuality is not sinful.

“The arrogance of homosexuality is part and parcel of its sin,” says Foster. He says he does not let strident opposition from homosexual activists divert him from his calling before God to expose the false “gay Christian” movement and to speak the truth in love to homosexuals. LaBarbera and Foster affirm that staying principled on social issues like abortion and homosexuality transcends party politics, and warn that many Christians will abandon the GOP if it fails to defend the truth on those issues.

LISTEN: Part One – AFTAH Interview with D.L. Foster of Gay Christian Movement Watch

Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010

D.L. Foster, ex-homosexual and founder of Gay Christian Movement Watch (www.gcmwatch.com).

This AFTAH interview — the first of three parts — with D.L. Foster, founder of Gay Christian Movement Watch, which defends the Bible’s teachings on homosexuality — aired October 30, 2010. Foster lived as a homosexual for 11 years before he found Jesus Christ (or rather, Christ found him) and he left the homosexual lifestyle. He just celebrated his 18th anniversary and has five children. Though many “gay” activists claim people like Foster don’t exist — or never actually were “gay” — his story is a compelling one of radical and lasting transformation away from homosexuality.  Foster’s heartwarming testimony of his providential encounter with God occurs toward the end of the program. Foster also describes his childhood, the moment as a teenager when he decided he was “gay,” and his promiscuous, unsatisfying life as a “gay” man serving in the military. — Peter LaBarbera
