VIDEO: Kincaid Interviews LaBarbera on ‘Disastrous’ Midterms – LGBTQ ‘Rainbow Wave’ Ushers in Scores of Homosexual, Transgender Lawmakers

Supposedly “moderate” open bisexual Democrat Kyrsten Sinema joins re-elected Wisconsin lesbian Tammy Baldwin in Senate

Folks, here is an interview I did with my friend and America’s Survival Inc. founder and CEO Cliff Kincaid. Social conservatives can never move forward and gain ground unless we are first honest about where we stand in the political and cultural universe. And, as Cliff points out, we are hurting. President Trump proclaimed the midterm elections a victory, but in many respects they were a disaster–especially for social conservatives who oppose the anti-Christian, anti-liberty agenda of Big LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer).

I appreciate how Cliff is fearless and does not slavishly echo the Republican Party line, or in this case the Fox News line [see his piece on the election HERE]. More sober analysts like Cliff and City Journal are describing the huge loses in once-safe-Republican suburbs where pro-LGBTQ, pro-abortion Democrats made big gains. (One is my own county, DuPage, west of Chicago, where Rep. Peter Roskam lost to social leftist Sean Casten.) And one reason for that is many “conservative” Republicans are no longer fighting for truth on these socials issues as they once did, or at least they are allowing the Democrats and the Left to put them on the defensive on moral issues.

The case of Arizona’s Senate seat–won by open “bisexual” Democrat Kyrsten Sinema–is illustrative of the Republicans’ Culture War defeatism. Start listening at 4:45 below. I just heard Fox News anchor Bret Baier yesterday refer to now-Senator-elect Sinema as a “moderate.” Really? A bisexual, irreligious Democrat endorsed by Planned Parenthood and championed by the Human Wrongs Rights Campaign (HRC)–the world’s most powerful homosexual-bisexual-transgender-“queer” lobby organization–a “moderate”? What is going on here?

We need to face some hard facts: read this New York Times piece on the midterms’ “Rainbow Wave”; and this celebratory press release by HRC, which reportedly spent $26 million to influence six battleground state races; and see the Gay & Lesbian Victory Institute crowing about how many openly LGBTQ candidates won on Nov. 6. And then there’s the 2-1 landslide defeat of pro-family forces trying to turn back the “transgender” tide in Massachusetts; see our friend Brian Camenker’s and MassResistance’s analysis of that debacle HERE. — Peter LaBarbera, AFTAH; Twitter: @PeterLaBarbera

As Pelosi Promises Radical LGBTQ ‘Equality Act’ if Democrats Take House, Republicans Are Mostly Silent on ‘Gay’ Agenda

Tuesday, November 6th, 2018

Culture War No More? Arizona Democratic Senate candidate Rep. Kyrsten Sinema probably regrets protesting the U.S. military in this pink tutu, but she has nothing to fear from Republicans (and media conservatives) over her self-declaration that she is “bisexual.” That’s because GOP candidates and much of “conservative” media have abandoned telling the truth about the homosexual agenda. (Remember that “culture war” issue?) Meanwhile, the leading LGBTQ lobby group, Human Rights Campaign, spent $26 million targeting six key battleground states in the mid-term election. Hear AFTAH President Peter LaBarbera discuss the LGBTQ electoral agenda on VCY America’s “Crosstalk” HERE, and on AFR’s “Janet Mefferd Live” HERE.

“If Christians and conservatives are afraid to even discuss the homosexual agenda, how can we ever hope to defeat it?”

Why is it that one side in the Culture War over the normalization of sex-and-gender perversion (the LGBTQ agenda) is spending many millions of dollars on the election while the other side is afraid even to discuss it?  I have been asking this question in Christian media (AFA’s “One News Now,” AFR’s “Janet Mefferd Live,” VCY America’s “Crosstalk” [go directly to MP3 audio HERE] and AFA of Pennsylvania’s radio talk show) leading up to today’s election, and we sent out this press release today. — Peter LaBarbera, Americans For Truth; Twitter: @PeterLaBarbera

Nancy Pelosi Promises Radical LGBTQ “Equality Act” if Democrats Win House, while GOP Candidates Self-Censor on Homosexual Agenda

The most dangerous legislation ever to come out of the revolutionary “gay” activist movement – the federal “Equality Act,” which proposes adding “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” as protected classes in the Civil Rights code – hangs in the balance as Americans go to the polls today.

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) promised that if the Democrat Party wins back the House and she becomes Speaker Pelosi, a top priority will be passing the Equality Act, which now has 198 co-sponsors in the House, all but two of them Democrats.

Americans For Truth About Homosexuality (AFTAH.org) president Peter LaBarbera has renamed the Equality Act the “Criminalizing Christianity Act” and called it a “gay and transgender lawyers’ dream bill.” It would effectively criminalize traditional morality and undermine religious liberty by punishing Americans for living out their conscience on issues like unnatural homosexual “marriage” ceremonies and taxpayer funding of grotesque transsexual “sex-reassignment surgeries” (masquerading as “health care”).

In an excellent article summarizing the Equality Act, Heritage Foundation scholar Ryan Anderson writes, “By making ‘gender identity’ a protected class, the government would force Americans to embrace transgender ideology in a variety of settings…elevating “gender identity” to a protected class across our federal antidiscrimination laws could impose a nationwide transgender bathroom policy, a nationwide pronoun policy, a nationwide sex-reassignment health care mandate….”

Illinois Congressional Candidate Democrat Sean Casten Refuses to Disavow ‘Gay’ Cyber-bully Dan Savage

Wednesday, October 31st, 2018

WARNING: Offensive graphic (created by hateful homosexual militant)

Dan Savage’s “Progressive” Hate: When it comes to dishing out “progressive” hate, few activists on the Left can match the antics of Dan Savage, homosexual-bisexual-transgender activist, sex columnist, author and pornographer. Here is a graphic from Savage’s hate-site, Santorum.com–which he created to demonize and literally destroy the name of Rick Santorum, former Senator from Pennsylvania. Dan and his left-leaning fans came up with this mean-spirited, grotesque “definition” after Savage was offended by something Santorum had said. It is telling that Savage decided the best way to punish Santorum was to associate his name with a disgusting by-product of homosexual sodomy. Despite his hateful stunts and anti-Christian rhetoric–including “flu terrorism” against GOP presidential contender Gary Bauer and an “Impeach the Mother-[F–k-r] Already (ITMFA)” campaign against President Trump, most media, and apparently Democrat politicians like Sean Casten in Illinois, treat Savage like a cultural hero. See video showing Savage’s anti-Christian bigotry below, and the Breitbart story on Casten HERE.

Folks, the Democrats have become the Party of Homosexual-Bisexual Transgender activism and the Abortion Lobby. Here in Illinois (in Congressional District 6), we witness the incredible spectacle of Sean Casten, the Democratic challenger to Rep. Peter Roskam (R), refusing to take back his stated admiration of homosexual activist and proud cyber-bully Dan Savage. AFTAH readers will recall that Savage is the creator of the vile hate-site depicted above, Santorum.com–demonizing and mocking former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum. Breitbart has the story:

Democrat Sean Casten Refuses to Disavow Anti-Christian Bully Dan Savage in Debate Against Peter Roskam

By Joel B. Pollak, Breitbart News, Oct. 22, 2018

Democrat Sean Casten embraced anti-Christian bully Dan Savage in a debate Monday evening against incumbent Rep. Peter Roskam (R-IL) over the seat for the 6th congressional district of Illinois.
Casten, challenged to defend some of the harsh rhetoric he has used in his campaign, and some of the controversial figures he has embraced, refused to dissociate himself from Savage (at 9:27 in the Facebook video of the debate).

“The person I embraced — and I will stand to this day — is Dan Savage, who has been a voice for the LGBT community, and particularly for the It Gets Better project, of teens who were considering suicide.”

Savage, a talented sex advice columnist, founded the “It Gets Better” organization to help gay and lesbian teenagers overcome bullying by peers.

Ironically, Savage then became a bully himself, publicly shaming Christian teenagers at a high school journalism conference in April 2012, abusing his position at the podium to mock their beliefs.

In a video of the event (below), Savage trashed the Bible as “bullshit”:

The Bible — we’ll just talk about the Bible for a second. People often point out that they can’t help with the anti-gay bulling, because it says right there in Leviticus, it says right there in Timothy, it says right there in Romans, that being gay is wrong. We can learn to ignore the bullshit in the Bible about gay people the same way we have learned to ignore the bullshit in the Bible about shellfish, about slavery, about dinner, about farming, about menstruation, about virginity, about masturbation — we ignore bullshit in the Bible about all sorts of things.

Some students cheered, but others walked out in protest. Savage later taunted those who left: “So you can tell the Bible guys in the hall that they can come back now, because I’m done beating up the Bible.”

He went on to call the students “pansy-ass” for protesting, then offered a fake “apology” for hurting anyone’s feelings, adding, “I have a right to defend myself and to point out the hypocrisy of people who justify anti-gay bigotry by pointing to the Bible and insisting we must live by the code of Leviticus on this one issue, and no other.”

Casten justified his support for Savage by suggesting that Roskam, in his sixth term, is not pro-LGBT.

“Mr. Roskam has been a horrible advocate for that community. Maybe he doesn’t like that I support them, but I do.” ….  [Article continues at Breitbart News]

VIDEO: Kincaid Interviews LaBarbera, Camenker on CPAC Banning Pro-Family Groups Fighting LGBTQ Agenda

Monday, February 26th, 2018

‘Gay-Trans’ Activists In, Social Conservatives Fighting LGBTQ Agenda Out: Log Cabin Republican activists man Exhibitor’s table at CPAC conference. LCR works to build acceptance of homosexuality and transgenderism within the GOP. Meanwhile, CPAC disinvited MassResistance, which focuses on opposing LGBTQ activism, as an Exhibitor and ignored AFTAH’s paid application ($2,000) for an Exhibtor’s sponsorship at CPAC. Note person at far left is Adelynn Campbell, a “transgender” activist attending the conference as a student member of the conservative campus group Turning Point USA, which downplays traditional “socialcon” opposition to the LGBTQ agenda. Photo: AFTAH.

Folks, here is a video interview I did with my friend Cliff Kincaid Friday at CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference) on CPAC’s curious “ban” of MassResistance as a paid Exhibitor, and their apparent rejection by non-action of AFTAH’s $2,000 Exhibitor application.

Cliff, the founder and president of America’s Survival, Inc. (ASI), had his press credentials denied by CPAC after he did an interview with MassResistance president Brian Camenker, which is the second video below. Kincaid has criticized CPAC in the past over taking non-conservative actions, so that also probably contributed to his ouster.

As you can see, Cliff interviewed me directly in front of CPAC’s Exhibitor’s table for Log Cabin Republicans, a homosexual activist group that pushes for acceptance of LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer) issues within the GOP. Just a few years ago, allowing homosexual “conservative” groups to sponsor at CPAC was widely criticized in the larger conservative movement; now the organization is banishing single-issue opponents of LGBTQ activism.

The president of Log Cabin, Gregory Angelo, told me that neither he nor LCR had anything to do with MassResistance being disinvited by CPAC. So who got to American Conservative Union (ACU) Executive Director Dan Schneider, who called up Camenker to “fire” MassResistance as a sponsor? Who knows, but this whole mess smacks of Washington elitism and we at AFTAH will not sit idly by as self-perceived leaders on the Right throw grassroots pro-family heroes like Brian under the bus while redefining conservatism (and Christianity) to accommodate sexual perversion. — Peter LaBarbera, AFTAH.org; Twitter: @PeterLaBarbera

Kincaid interview with AFTAH’s Peter LaBarbera at CPAC, published Feb. 25, 2018:

ASI video description:

The American Conservative Union, the sponsor of CPAC, is working to normalize homosexual activity and destroy the winning Reagan coalition of social, economic, and foreign policy conservatives. The effect will be to marginalize and isolate traditional conservatives and drive millions of Christians out of the Republican Party.

CPAC Bans Pro-Family Group MassResistance as Exhibitor – LaBarbera Urges Decision Be Reversed

Tuesday, February 13th, 2018

Folks, last week I was stunned to learn that CPAC, the annual Conservative Political Action Conference, had reversed itself and banned the pro-family organization MassResistance from having an Exhibition Table. This is the same CPAC which now is allowing homosexual activist Republicans–the Log Cabin Republicans, to be Exhibitors. MassResistance is run by my good friend, Brian Camenker, who is a hero for standing up to homosexual and transgender activists for over the last 25 years and never backing down.

The same cannot be said of CPAC. It is simply unconscionable for a “conservative” organization to welcome in homosexual activists while banishing the leading national grassroots organization fighting the LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Queer) lobby. That is why I have called on the American Conservative Union, which runs CPAC, to reverse its decision and allow MassResistance to have a booth.

AFTAH’s predecessor, the newsletter Lambda Report, was launched at CPAC 25 years ago, so this latest politically correct absurdity really hurts personally. As we predicted, out-and-proud homosexuality is now corrupting conservatism and Christianity; it is incompatible with both. After hearing of the action against my friend, I have applied and paid for an Exhibitors Booth at CPAC.  We’ll see what happens. In the meantime, please contact ACU and urge them to reverse this terrible decision.

MassResistance table BANNED from CPAC – after having been accepted. Because of our 2015 comments about the “culture war”

But LGBT group “Log Cabin Republicans” is allowed!

Is the “Conservative Political Action Conference” really conservative?

February 13, 2018, by Mass Resistance

The Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), the oldest and largest annual “conservative” conference in America, has abruptly banned MassResistance from having an exhibit at its 2018 session. The conference begins next week, running Feb. 21-24. CPAC had officially approved MassResistance for a table on January 29, after an involved vetting process.

But last week CPAC Executive Director Dan Schneider notified MassResistance that the decision has been reversed because of our Biblical approach to fighting the “culture war” (particularly the transgender agenda in public schools) as described in a 2015 speech by MassResistance president Brian Camenker. Conservative Pundit Civil War on Donald Trump – Media Matters Graphic

Monday, April 18th, 2016

Fox News stars — Megyn Kelly excluded — lavish attention on Trump and treat him with kid gloves, turning off many conservatives

Conservative Republican Sen. Ted Cruz has received far less media coverage than Donald Trump. Many conservatives are troubled by the adoring coverage that Trump has received from "conservative" journalists and the influential Fox News.

TED SLIGHTED: Conservative Republican Sen. Ted Cruz has received far less media coverage than Donald Trump in the GOP race. Many conservatives are troubled by the adoring coverage that Trump has received from “conservative” journalists and the influential Fox News. Trump’s decidedly anti-conservative past pro-“gay” advocacy has barely been covered by either the “mainstream” or conservative media.

Folks, to say this is an odd election season might be the political understatement of the century. I saw this graphic on the left-wing Media Matters site, which is running articles about how weird it is that conservatives are complaining about “conservative media” (e.g, Fox News and Rush Limbaugh) going too easy on GOP front-runner Donald Trump. I have followed this election closely, and I too am appalled at the “conservative” media’s sycophantic treatment of Trump. (I have my favorite, but Americans For Truth does not endorse candidates–and in interviews I have criticized them all on some point or another.) I believe that Republican voters and the American public in general have been cheated by media coverage that has shown incredible deference to “The Donald” (with some key exceptions, like Wisconsin radio host Charles Sykes’ tough interview of Trump).

Seasoned pro-family observers will note that while Trump’s past support of abortion-on-demand (including “partial-birth abortions”) has been well-covered by the media, his radically pro-homosexual positions as a New York businessman have not. [See Randy Thomasson’s and SaveCalifornia.com’s “Presidential Scorecare on the Natural Family” comparing the remaining three GOP candidates’ records HERE.] In fact, in a 2000 interview with the homosexual Advocate magazine, Trump came out for adding homosexuality to the Civil Rights Act, but this has received barely any serious media coverage.

Note how many Fox News hosts and “contributors” (paid commentators like Laura Ingraham) are in the Trump camp. It has gotten to the point where I cut back watching Fox News because of biased “Trump cheerleaders” like Eric Bolling, Greta Van Susteren and Sean Hannity (whose wimpy Trump interviews are criticized on the (#NeverTrump) Red State site HERE). I don’t normally pass on Media Matters material, but this graphic is pretty accurate in identifying the Trumpsters versus the Anti-Trumps. — Peter LaBarbera, AFTAH.org

Trump Called For Adding Homosexuality to the 1964 Civil Rights Act – in 2000 Interview with ‘Gay’ Magazine The Advocate

Friday, January 22nd, 2016

New York values: Trump bragged that he came up with homosexual “civil rights” idea before Democratic presidential candidate Bill Bradley

Trump_The_Advocate_interview_2000

Donald Trump’s interview with The Advocate magazine in 2000. Trump boasted that he was ahead of Democratic presidential candidate Bill Bradly in crusading for adding homosexuality to the 1964 Civil Rights

Dear AFTAH Readers,

This is our first foray into the positions past and present of the leading presidential candidates in the 2016 race. AFTAH is non-partisan–we expose all politicians by the same principled standard without deference to party–so these articles will be factual. We begin with the current GOP front-runner, Donald Trump, who back in 2000 sat down with the editors of the nation’s leading homosexual magazine, The Advocate.

AFTAH_Comparing_the_Candidates_GraphicInterestingly, as you can read below, Trump bragged about being ahead of Democratic presidential candidate (former U.S. Senator)Bill Bradley on “gay rights”–by calling for the addition of “sexual orientation” to the landmark 1986 Civil Rights Act. That proposal is embodied today in the so-called LGBT “Equality Act” (HR 3185), which was backed exclusively by Democrats until it received its first two Republican co-sponsors this week: Sen. Mark Kirk and Rep. Bob Dold, both from Illinois. AFTAH has renamed the HR 3185 the “Criminalizing Christianity Act,” since it would negate religious freedom protections in the name of LGBT “equality.”

Of course, many candidates have changed their position on issues, but Trump among all the GOP contenders holds several past positions that are more in line with “progressive” Democrats than Republicans–on key issues like abortion, homosexuality, and national health insurance. In a much talked about 1999 interview with the late Tim Russert [partial YouTube video HERE], he chalked that up to living in liberal-dominated New York City.

Trump says he is now conservative but does not appear to be so on the homosexual issue–see the LGBTQ lobby group Human Rights Campaign’s analysis of his record HERE. Unlike several other Republican 2016 contenders, he has not committed to signing the “First Amendment Defense Act” in his first 100 days as President—-but did say he would support it. And the real estate magnate-turned politician–though a longtime opponent of homosexual “marriage”–now opines that due to the Supreme Court’s Obergefell ruling, the issue is over; he told the Hollywood Reporter that “anybody that’s making that an issue is doing it for political reasons. The Supreme Court ruled on it.” We will have more on Trump and other presidential candidates in future posts.–Peter LaBarbera, AFTAH; @PeterLaBarbera

Landmark Results from the 2014 Midterm Elections

Thursday, November 6th, 2014
Republican Mia Love will be representing Utah's 4th Congressional District..

Hope and Change: Republican Mia Love will be representing Utah’s 4th Congressional District. Love is the first Black female Republican ever elected to Congress. Go HERE to read what Love had to say about the 2013 Supreme Court decision that effectively invalidated Californians’ Prop 8 vote against homosexuality-based “marriage.”

Folks, I would add to this excellent compilation by my friend and stellar Texas education activist Donna Garner, the very good news that two pro-family leaders against the aggressive homosexualist agenda were elected to state house (in Colorado and Michigan). Gordon “Chaps” Klingenschmitt won in a landslide in Colorado Springs and Gary Glenn of AFA-Michigan won 55-45 in Midland and Bay Counties in Michigan. America is on her way back! — Peter LaBarbera, AFTAH

U. S. SENATE

  • 28 Democrats who voted for ObamaCare are now gone from the U. S. Senate.
  • As of midnight on 11.4.14, the Republicans had won 52 Senate seats; and the Democrats had won 44.
  • Louisiana is still to be decided and is a probable win for the Republicans; that would make 53 Senate seats.
  • Alaska and Virginia have not been called yet and could easily become seats 54 and 55 for the Republicans. [Editor’s Note: there is a good chance Democrat Mark Warner will win Virginia, so the best likelihood is that the GOP will control the Senate with 54 votes after the Louisiana run-off election.]
  • It is possible that some Democrats and/or Independents might also flip to become Republicans because of the landslide victories of last night.
  • Republicans picked up 8 Senate seats — Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Montana, North Carolina, South Dakota and West Virginia.
  • Four incumbent Democrats were defeated — Begich, Pryor, Udall, and Hagan.
  • There are 100 Senators in the U. S. Senate.  Only 51 are needed to pass a bill.

U. S. HOUSE

  • The U. S. House is made up of 435 members.  A majority is 218 seats.
  • At last count, Republicans took 246 seats with more to be decided.  Right now, that is the largest Republican majority in more than 60 years.

GOVERNORS

  • As of this election, 31 out of 50 states have Republican Governors (even in Mass., Illinois, Maryland)

STATE LEGISLATIVE CHAMBERS

  • Democrats lost their super-majorities in the California Senate, the Vermont House and the Maryland Senate.
  • Republicans now control 67 state chambers while the Democrats control 28. Before Tuesday, Republicans had a 57-41 advantage.
  • Republicans have complete state control – both chambers and the governor’s mansion – in 23 states, compared to six states for the Democrats.
