The second hour features: an interview with Dan Zanoza of Republicans For Fair Media on CNN’s “political ambush” using a supposed “gay general” at its YouTube Republican Presidential Debate to promote homosexuality in the military; a short but sweet exchange with AFTAH Board Member Mike Heath of the Christian Civic League of Maine on getting men back involved in the “culture war”: and a short interview with Dave Smith of the Illinois Family Institute on his campaign to get the NFL to stop allowing bawdy ads during football games.

CWA Interviews LaBarbera and Cothran on DiversityInc ‘Slavery’ Slam

Charlene Cothran, an African-American former lesbian who spoke at AFTAH’s banquet, is not too pleased with “white guy” Visconti’s silly analogy.
CWA writes regarding the online broadcast:
DiversityInc. magazine, an influential business and human resources publication, recently hosted a panel discussion on “Religion in the Workplace.” While Peter LaBarbera, founder of Americans for Truth, was originally invited to be the lone representative of traditional Christian views on the panel, he was later dis-invited after homosexual activist panelists refused to participate if he were there. Later, while Peter was allowed to submit a column expressing his views, magazine co-founder Luke Visconti published a rebuttal comparing Peter, and all traditionally-minded Christians with slave owners and the Ku Klux Klan. Matt Barber, CWA’s Policy Director for Cultural Issues, discusses this situation with Peter LaBarbera and special guest Charlene Cothran, publisher of Venus magazine, an African-American and a former lesbian.

Our good friends at Concerned Women for America (CWA) have have graciously posted an online video of Americans For Truth’s Dec. 5 press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. At the event, we showed our video exposing the illegal behavior involved in the sadistic “Folsom Street Fair” in San Francisco — and called on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-San Francisco) to denounce it and take measures to stop such illegal activity in the future. Note that our six-minute video of uncensored footage from Folsom is not included in the online video.
As we expected, the major media was a no-show at the event, although FOX’s Hannity & Colmes the Michael Savage Show later covered it.
CWA’s Matt Barber (an AFTAH Board Member) spoke at our event; Barber first broke the story about Folsom’s anti-Christian promotional artwork, which Speaker Pelosi has refused to denounce. Also shown speaking at the Press Club event are Americans For Truth President Peter LaBarbera and Grace Harley, representing PFOX (Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays and Gays). AFTAH is one of the few groups that unapologetically and aggressively confronts the homosexual/transsexual lobby, which is one of the most dangerous and evil movements facing America. Why do I say that? Curiously, my new friend’s comment gave me renewed hope. Yes, the hour is late, and our enemies are rich and powerful by worldly standards. But they lack basic truth, and in fact they fear it — such as the sobering truth that homosexuality can never be “equal” to the natural family and marriage; in fact, homosexual behaviors lead to death and disease. Or the simple reality that men and women can overcome homosexuality with a loving God’s help.
This is where Americans For Truth comes in. The reason homosexual activists vilify us; the reason they monitor our every word, and why they barrage us with vile e-mails and cynically accuse us of “hate” — is that deep down they are afraid of the truth getting out. Each manifestation of truth — like our San Francisco video, which shocks even the most jaded Culture Warriors to whom we have shown it — dispels a thousand “gay” lies and tired, liberal clichés! And truth has a way of inevitably surfacing over time, no matter how biased the media are.

A “Gay Man” Trapped in a Woman’s Body and Other Nonsense

“Transgender” confusion and perversion — such as the anti-Christian, drag-queen mock “nuns” who make up the “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence” — follow in the footsteps of the homosexual variety. In Massachusetts, a very confused female student who considers herself a “gay male” is suing for the “right” to use the men’s locker room. The local newspaper uses the pronoun “his,” bowing to the female student’s (current) “gender identity.”

Talk radio host Michael Savage doesn’t mince words. He often says that “liberalism is a mental disorder.” He’s right. Liberal ideology and political correctness, infused with public policy, begets social insanity.
Case in point: A recent report on a popular homosexual “news” site declares, “A transgendered student says he is the victim of discrimination at a small Massachusetts community college because he is biologically female.”
Say what? “He” is “female”? Welcome to PC-ville. Come for the oxymoron, stay for the cognitive dissonance.
In other news, “French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte says he is the victim of discrimination because he is biologically Bob from Detroit.”
Apparently, this clearly confused 20-year-old woman who “presents as a male and wears male clothing” is upset that Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, Massachusetts, will not allow her to undress, shower or otherwise cavort with the fellows in the men’s locker room. She’s reportedly filed an “affirmative action complaint” against the school.
Even Haverhill’s local newspaper, the Eagle-Tribune, plays along, saying that she was “denied the use of the men’s locker room … because of his female anatomy.”
“His female anatomy”!?
Okay, wait a minute. … Is this one of those, “it depends on what the meaning of the word ‘his’ is” moments?
But it gets worse. The paper goes on to explain that this young woman – er, man … whatever – actually identifies as a “gay male.” It explains that her, “public unveiling as a transgender gay male happened as an adult two years ago. His designation means he has a female body, but identifies as a male and is sexually attracted to men.”
Geeze-oh-Pete! My head hurts. Can this be for real? How can any newspaper that wants to be taken seriously report this with a straight face? A “gay” man trapped in a woman’s body? And all this time I thought they were just straight gals in Dockers and flannel. When I was a kid we called them “tomboys.” They were great fun to play softball with, but they still had to shower with the rest of the girls. What unenlightened bigots we were back then. ….
Is Nancy Pelosi Right? Can God ‘Bless’ America with Homosexual Activism?

Can God bless homosexual activism? Nancy Pelosi thinks so. Speaking before the world’s most powerful homosexual pressure group, she said: “God has certainly blessed America with the work of the Human Rights Campaign.” Help Americans For Truth oppose such lies with a tax-deductible, year-end gift.
Recently, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-San Francisco) appeared before a massive fundraiser put on by the largest homosexual pressure group in the world, the Human Rights Campaign, to accept their 2007 National Equality award. In her speech — which you can watch by clicking HERE — Pelosi praised HRC “for being a powerful and positive counterbalance to the voices of hate.” Thus she confuses, as does the group that honors her, defense of marriage and the natural family — and opposition to homosexuality — with “hate.”
Here is how Speaker Pelosi ended her speech:

Sandy Rios and Bob Knight Discuss Philadelphia Treachery against Boy Scouts
December 19th, 2007Click HERE to listen to WYLL-Chicago talk show host and Culture Campaign President Sandy Rios’ interview with Bob Knight of the Culture and Media Institute. The two discuss the City of Philadelphia’s decision — spurred on by homosexual City Solicitor Romulo Diaz Jr. — to evict the Philadelphia Scouts “Cradle of Liberty Council” unless the Scouts came up with $200,000 rent money for an historic city building that THEY donated to the city. Homosexual activists have pressured the city’s leaders to force the Scouts to submit to the city’s pro-homosexual “sexual orientation” nondiscrimination law, or lose their symbolic $1 per year lease to the city.
The pro-family Lifesite news reports:
The famous Beaux Arts style building was built and paid for by the Scouts, and turned over to the city with the understanding that the Scouts would be allowed to remain in it rent-free “in perpetuity.”
City solicitor Romulo L. Diaz Jr. gave Philadelphia’s “Cradle of Liberty Council” of the Scouts until Monday this week to renounce their policy. The Cradle of Liberty Council is the largest Scouts council in Pennsylvania, and is the third largest in the entire Boy Scouts of America. The “City of Brotherly Love” has told the Scouts they have until June 1 to vacate their historic building.
A U.S. Supreme Court decision in 2000 said the Boy Scouts were a private organisation who had the right to bar anyone they chose from their ranks. But the city of Philadelphia has a policy that no organisation that “discriminates” may receive public subsidies and City Council is backing Diaz’s interpretation of the law.
Diaz, an open and practising homosexual, told a local radio interviewer he would begin looking for a new tenant for the building immediately.
The pressure started in 2003 when then, mayor of Philadelphia, John F. Street, started coming under pressure from homosexual activists, powerful in local politics, to force the Scouts to accept homosexuality, claiming that their refusal violated the city’s 1982 “fair practices” law.
Mark Chilutti, a member of the Cradle of Liberty Council executive board said, “We’re ignoring the deadline. It was the least bad option we have.”
