Dr. Paul Church’s Statement:

On December 8, 2015, my final appeal battle at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) ended with a judgment by the Board of Directors to uphold previous decisions and revoke my appointment as a member of the medical staff after 28 years. This concludes a dispute with the administration spanning more than 10 years involving the aggressive institutional endorsements and annual promotions surrounding lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender activities within and outside the medical center, including the vulgar Boston Pride parade, to the exclusion of medical facts and traditional values.

Speaking out for staff and employees that find these promotions objectionable and inappropriate for a healthcare institution, I have challenged the medical center to be more truthful and honest about the negative health consequences inherent with high risk and unhealthy sexual behaviors and to be more respectful of the diversity of religious and moral views regarding homosexuality.

In presenting medical facts and Biblical truths criticizing these policies and the obvious contradictions to the higher mission of the medical center to protect the public welfare and promote healthy, moral choices, it was never my intention to offend or attack any individuals personally. Nevertheless, my objections were unfortunately characterized as “offensive” to some members of the BIDMC community, and this became the focus of repeated investigations and efforts to expel me from the staff, instead of addressing the merits of the objections and the criticism itself.

Over the years, BIDMC became more aggressive about efforts to silence these concerns, even resorting to the creation of a special “gag order” in 2011 designed to silence the expression of my concerns within the medical center. This past year a team of Boston lawyers hired by the medical center accused me of violations of the “gag order” and hospital bylaws in their case to have my staff appointment revoked.

Camille Paglia – ‘Homosexuality Is Not Normal – No One Is Born Gay – Our Sexual Bodies Were Designed for Reproduction’

I saw this in a tweet from Stephen Black, who like few others can confirm that what lesbian writer and activist Camille Paglia says below is correct–as Stephen overcame homosexuality in his own life. [Black is executive director of First Stone Ministries and sits on the Board of Restored Hope Network.]  Paglia, author Sexual Personae: Art and Decadence from Nefertiti to Emily Dickinson, has made a career of irritating feminists and the Left, and being an intellectual bomb thrower. In a quote from the book (touted by NAMBLA) opining on pederastic “man-boy love,” Paglia writes: “I feel free to protest that men today are pilloried for something that was rational and honorable in Greece at the height of its civilization.” While as a Christian and a conservative I am not always in Paglia’s corner, she is spot on below. –– Peter LaBarbera, AFTAH

Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin’s Christmas Present to Kim Davis – The Gift of Religious Freedom

Last Tuesday, Kentucky’s new governor, Matt Bevin, issued an executive order that eliminates the names of all county clerks from marriage licenses and protects the unalienable constitutional rights and religious freedoms of Kim Davis and all other clerks in Kentucky.

“This action is a fulfillment of a campaign promise by Gov. Bevin and is directly what our client Kim Davis has been requesting for months,” said Mat Staver, Davis’ attorney and founder of the Christian civil rights firm Liberty Counsel. “This promise will enable her and other clerks to do their jobs without compromising religious values and beliefs.”

The governor’s statement reads in part:

“To ensure that the sincerely held religious beliefs of all Kentuckians are honored, Executive Order 2015-048 directs the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives to issue a revised marriage license form to the offices of all Kentucky County Clerks. The name of the County Clerk is no longer required to appear on the form.”

While the First Amendment alone should be enough to ensure these safeguards, the unconstitutional actions of five “progressive” lawyers on the U.S. Supreme Court, who, back in June, presumed to capriciously redefine the immutable meaning of marriage, has created legal and moral chaos from coast-to-coast, making fixes such as that issued by Gov. Bevin necessary. Furthermore, these extremist lawyers’ subjective and unprecedented opinion will require additional fixes in all other states to reaffirm Christians’ objective and constitutionally guaranteed rights. Although the fight to repair the perversion of marriage committed by the high court will continue, this is an important step in the right direction.

Allstate Ad Celebrates Homosexual ‘Dads’ Who Adopt Baby Girl – Intentionally Depriving Her of a Mommy – ‘Gay’ Lobby Group HRC’s Scorecard Rewards Corporate Pro-LGBT Ads

Pro-homosexual ads will help insurance gain 1oo% ranking in “gay” lobby’s biased scorecard

By producing pro-homosexual advocacy ads like this, Allstate earns a higher ranking in the “Corporate Equality Index” scorecard put out by the anti-Christian homosexual activist group, Human Rights Campaign. Allstate Corporation (800-ALLSTATE; 800-255-7828) recently released this web ad celebrating two homosexual men who adopted a baby girl. Translation: Allstate is celebrating homes in which an innocent child is intentionally deprived of a mom or dad.

The ad will help the insurance giant rack up points on the homosexual lobby group Human Rights Campaign’s woefully-biased corporate “gay” scorecard, the “Corporate Equality Index” (CEI) —  which AFTAH has exposed as a very “rigged” ratings system. The CEI gives companies points for funding homosexual groups and causes, and for running ads that promote LGBT lifestyles –and punishes corporations (minus 25 points) for actions that it regards as “anti-LGBT blemishes” on the Index. [See the CEI graphic that follows the video.]

In other words, a corporation like Allstate receives points for positively pro-LGBT “Public Engagements” like this ad–but would LOSE points if it were to support, say, a pro-traditional-marriage referendum or a law barring men like Bruce (“Caitlyn”) Jenner from using female restrooms. Needless to say, a corporate grant to Americans For Truth would earn a swift 25-point deduction from HRC, but with a gift to GLAAD, they would be one-third of their way to earning the maximum 15 points for Public Engagement.

Allstate currently has an 85-percent score, according to HRC– and obviously it aims to bump it up to a “perfect” 100-percent rating.

Little girls and little boys deserve a mom and a dad whenever possible–and they do not deserve to be the innocent victims of a perverse social experiment intended to validate sexual misbehaviors that have been condemned throughout history. AFTAH’s LaBarbera Apologizes to Trinidadians for USA’s Promotion of Homosexualism to the World – Hits Global LGBT Envoy Randy Berry as ‘Obama’s Ambassador for Sexual Perversion’

Americans For Truth President Peter LaBarbera apologized on Trinidad & Tobago radio last week on behalf of pro-family Americans for the Obama Administration’s promotion of the “radical homosexual and gender confusion agenda” in countries all over the world.

LaBarbera—now a regular weekly guest on a Christian radio program in the dual-island Caribbean nation–singled out Obama’s first-ever “Global Ambassador to LGBTI Persons,” Randy Berry, for criticism, calling Berry “Obama’s Special Ambassador for Sexual Perversion,” He made the comments on the morning radio program of Morris Johnson, pastor of the Church of the Firstborn Assembly, in Arima, Trinidad. The U.S. State Department appointed Berry as global envoy for “gay rights” earlier this year.

The AFTAH president labeled the United States’ and the West’s promotion of immoral LGBTQ lifestyles and agendas in more socially conservative developing nations like Trinidad a “new form of imperialism” and urged Trinidadians to “learn the lesson from what’s happened in the United States” regarding the escalating homosexual agenda. In the U.S., he said, incremental gains by homosexual activists led to more radical changes and ultimately to the revolutionary redefinition of marriage to accommodate homosexualism–which will only accelerate “gay” activist power further, undermining religious freedom and corrupting children.

Obama’s Sexual Perversion Envoy: Randy Berry, Obama’s Special Envoy to LGBTI Persons, is an open homosexual whose job is to promote the acceptance of homosexualism and transgenderism (gender confusion) worldwide, in the name of “human rights.” AFTAH has renamed his position as Obama’s “Ambassador for Sexual Perversion.” Smaller countries are snubbing Obama’s promotion of sexual immorality and homosexual “marriage”–which is a modern human wrong, not a human right.

LaBarbera urged his audience in Trinidad and Tobago (located off the northeastern coast of Venezuela) not to believe homosexual activists when they claim they want only limited reforms such as greater “tolerance.” Invariably, he said, every pro-LGBT-activist victory in the law and culture is only a stepping-stone to more radical changes.

No president has done more to promote the homosexual-bisexual-transgender agenda than Barack Obama–both in the United States and abroad. Small countries like Trinidad face immense pressure from the USA, European Union and other wealthy Western nations to conform to their acceptance and promotion of homosexual agenda items such as homosexual “marriage” and to eradicate their anti-sodomy laws.

Much like Obama turned the White House into the rainbow colors that have been appropriated by homosexual-bi-transgender activist as a symbol for their aberrant movement, under his administration U.S. Embassies have flown the “rainbow flag” beneath the American flag (see photo ablve) on a day chosen by “gay” activists to condemn “homophobia.”

The New York Times reports:

“Since 2012, the American government has put more than $700 million into supporting gay rights groups and causes globally. More than half of that money has focused on sub-Saharan Africa — just one indication of this continent’s importance to the new policy.”

Even the radically pro-LGBT NY Times acknowledges that Obama’s aggressive promotion of homosexuality and transgenderism in Africa “may have done more harm than good.”

Adding ‘IAAM’ to LGBTQQIAAP – Christian Cultural Pacifists Wilt in War Against ‘It’s All About Me’ Gay-Trans Movement

Part One

One of the characteristics of Identity- and Victim Politics–especially the brand catering to aberrant sex and gender agendas–is its spectacular self-absorption. Belief in divine Absolute Truth is dying in America, seemingly in inverse proportion to demands that society “understand” and empathize with a myriad of aggrieved, subjective human “my truths”—in this case the ever-evolving “gay” movement.

According to the BBC, the unwieldy acronym LGBTQQIAAP, which is sure to expand in the coming years, if not months, stands for:

L – lesbian: a woman who is attracted to other women

G – gay: a man who is attracted to other men or broadly people who identify as homosexual

B – bisexual: a person who is attracted to both men and women

T – transgender: a person whose gender identity is different from the sex the doctor put down on their birth certificate

Q – queer: originally used as a hate term, some people want to reclaim the word, while others find it offensive. It can be a political statement, suggest that someone doesn’t want to identify with “binaries” (e.g. male v female, homosexual v straight) or that they don’t want to label themselves only by their sexual activity

Q – questioning: a person who is still exploring their sexuality or gender identity

I – intersex: a person whose body is not definitively male or female. This may be because they have chromosomes which are not XX or XY or because their genitals or reproductive organs are not considered “standard”

A – allies: a person who identifies as straight but supports people in the LGBTQQIAAP community

A – asexual: a person who is not attracted in a sexual way to people of any gender

P – pansexual: a person whose sexual attraction is not based on gender and may themselves be fluid when it comes to gender or sexual identity

There are other versions of the perverse Big Alphabet, as Barbwire.com founder Matt Barber calls it. One is LGBTQIAPK, which stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersexual, Asexual, Pansexual and Polygamous, and Kinkiness–with “kinkiness” incorporating: sexual sadism/masochism; bondage; consensual sexual violence (e.g., whipping, electro-torture); “fisting” (don’t ask…); eroticized humiliation and degradation, slave-and-master “relationships,” etc. How’s that for liberal diversity?

Below I will talk about adding a few more letters to the LGBTQEtc. equation: IAAM – It’s All About Me, because when you boil it down that is the essence of the “gay/bi/trans” agenda. Whether it is campaigning against FDA restrictions on homosexual male blood donations in the name of “gay equality”–when the blood ban policies are actually about mitigating dangers associated with high-risk, disease-ridden man-on-man sex; or homosexual “dads” in an Allstate commercial who adopted a baby girl to suit their wants while intentionally depriving her of a mommy–we face a movement that takes self-abortion to new heights. Tragically, they leave many victims in their wake–such as the seven children and wife of 52-year-old Paul Wolscht–who abandoned them to pursue his twisted “gender identity” as a “six-year-old girl,” “Stefonknee.” [See AFTAH story and excellent Steven Crowder video HERE.]

By the way, no matter which acronym you choose, there is one group that is always left out in the “progressive’s” letter-amalgams: EX-homosexuals: people who have left sex and gender deviance behind to embrace a God-honoring sexuality that naturally matches their bodies. Culture War pacifists
In our nation’s more wholesome past, Absolute Truth was once the respected domain of the American Church—and many biblical moral standards like saving sex for (man-woman) marriage were shared by most everyone, including secular society. There was a grudging respect, even among the irreligious, for preachers, who were expected to be moral leaders and to inveigh against sin while offering the hope of the Gospel.

But today many churchmen and Christian leaders are more “Culture War pacifists” than moral leaders—they may love Jesus and love the Gospel but shy away from the publicly calling out sin (especially the LGBTQQIAAP variety). And they piously eschew the “Culture War,” encouraging Christians not to take part—a de facto unilateral surrender to a powerful Sin Movement that is radically transforming America, to quote Obama. In my mind, there is no reason why we should not match the resources and zeal of Big Gay Inc and Big Gender Confusion. (Liberal foundations gave an astonishing $129 million to fund LGBTQ groups in 2013.)

Massachusetts Judge Rules Catholic School – Fontbonne Academy – Must Rehire Homosexual-‘Married’ Man, Matthew Barrett

Folks, we will have more on this devastating decision by Massachusetts Superior Court Associate Justice Douglas Wilkins–the latest court defeat for religious liberty in the ongoing battle between freedom of conscience and so-called “gay rights.” A Catholic girls preparatory school, Fontbonne Academy, in Milton, Mass., is sponsored by teh Congregation of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Boston.

I have read the decision and it turns out that Fontbonne Academy hurt its own case by having a published policy of “sexual orientation” nondiscrimination regarding employment. That made it easier for the judge–who cites it twice–to diminish the school’s religious mission, i.e., its assertion that having a homosexually “married” staffer undermines its Catholic teaching. The judge probably would have ruled against Fontbonne anyway; regardless, no religious or moral institution should ever have a pro-homosexual hiring code, as it grants the premise that homosexuality (a moral issue) is akin neutral nondiscrimination criteria that are unchangeable, such as race and ethnicity.

CATHOLIC ACTION LEAGUE CONDEMNS DECISION
IN BARRETT V. FONTBONNE ACADEMY

The Catholic Action League of Massachusetts today condemned the decision of Norfolk County Superior Court Justice Douglas H. Wilkins in Barrett v. Fontbonne Academy, which granted summary judgment to a homosexual man who sued the Catholic school — administered by the Congregation of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Boston — after it reversed a decision to hire him upon learning that he had contracted a civilly recognized marriage with another man.

In June, 2013, Matthew Barrett of Dorchester applied for the position of Food Services Director at Fontbonne Academy in Milton. On July 9, 2013, following an interview during which Barrett responded affirmatively to a question about his support for the principle that all employees of the Catholic school should be “ministers of the mission,” Barrett was offered and accepted the position for which he had applied.

Later that same day, Barrett completed a new hire form in which he listed his civil husband as an emergency contact. On July 12, 2013, Barrett was informed that he could not be hired because his homosexual relationship was incompatible with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.

Barrett, represented by the Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders (GLAAD), brought suit against Fontbonne Academy, alleging discrimination in employment.

In finding for Barrett, Judge Wilkins — a Governor Deval Patrick appointee who served as First Assistant Attorney General under Attorney General L. Scott Harshbarger — ruled that the Catholic school violated Massachusetts anti-discrimination law, was not exempt as a religious institution from that law, and enjoyed no constitutional protections in this matter.

The Catholic Action League called Judge Wilkins decision “a frontal assault on religious freedom, an appalling subordination of the First Amendment to the Massachusetts gay rights law, and a victory by homosexual activists in their campaign to coerce Christians into compliance with same sex marriage.”
