Canadian Judge Finds LaBarbera, Whatcott Not Guilty of ‘Mischief’ Charge for Protesting at University of Regina

JUDGE SAYS NO TO CAMPUS CENSORS: AFTAH President Peter LaBarbera being arrested at the University of Regina last April. Yesterday, Saskatchewan Provincial Judge MaryLynne Beaton rejected the university’s claim that a peaceful protest at U-R against abortion and sodomy somehow interfered with students’ education. Canadian pro-family advocate Bill Whatcott–who with LaBarbera was arrested on a “Mischief” charge–says he will return to the camps to disseminate biblical truth.

“I find that the purpose of (their) attending the University of Regina was to communicate information and their actions were passive and non-aggressive,” Judge Beaton wrote. “The university’s response was disproportionate to the peaceful distribution of flyers.” [page 14, decision]

Saskatchewan Provincial Court Judge Marylynne Beaton ruled yesterday that AFTAH President Peter LaBarbera and Canadian pro-family advocate Bill Whatcott are not guilty of criminal “mischief” after being arrested and jailed April 14, 2014 after peacefully protesting and disseminating factual literature at the University of Regina–against the wishes of school administrators.

In the 27-page decision, available HERE, Judge Beaton relied heavily on Whatcott’s claim under Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms that he had a right to disseminate his religious views–and rejected the notion put forth by the prosecution that the two pro-family activists disrupted the educational mission of U-Regina.

“I am gratified by Judge Beaton’s well-reasoned decision, and I congratulate my friend Bill Whatcott for once again leading the way in challenging Canada to live up to her ideals of liberty and freedom of conscience. It is preposterous in a country that claims to be free to criminalize dissenting speech at a public university. Yet this is what University of Regina administrators sought to do by cowardly attempting to banish Bill Whatcott and me from their campus. In the process they dishonored their students–who deserved better than clumsy attempts at censorship justified by condescending and odious appeals to ‘protect’ them from ‘hate.’

“Hopefully, this ruling will open up the door to a resurgence of true tolerance and freedom in Canada. The Left in Canada, as in the United States, does not want debate but rather control. They fear unfettered exposure to moral truth and compelling facts about homosexuality–hence their campaign to silence Christians and others who speak out against sexual immorality and gender rebellion.

“The very fact that I was detained and searched at length twice by Border police upon entering Canada–merely because I and AFTAH espouse historic, biblical, Judeo-Christian teachings on homosexuality–reflects escalating ‘thought tyranny’ and anti-intellectualism in Canada which, if allowed to take root, will only lead to more rigid repression against believers in this great land.”

• Walmart is now publicly pro-“gay” and giving major grants to homosexual/transgender events and organizations, including $25,000-50,000 in 2014 to the “Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund”–a group that helps elect “out” homosexuals to political office (mostly Democrats).
• Giving corporate dollars to “gay/trans” groups like GLVF helps Walmart increase its score on the rigged “Corporate Equality Index” (CEI) put out annually by the homosexual lobby group Human Rights Campaign.
• Walmart’s pro-homosexual/-transgender CEI score is now 90 percent–up from 40 percent in 2008. The world’s largest company has embraced a pro-homosexual/bi/transgender agenda in recent years, especially after granting homosexual “domestic partner” employee benefits in 2013.
• The CEI scoring system is completely biased against social conservatives: if Walmart were to give a grant to a pro-family group like AFTAH that opposes homosexual “marriage” and male “transgenders” using female restrooms, it would lose 25 points according to HRC’s rigged CEI scoring system.

As I was researching alleged man-boy sex predator and Obama major donor Terry Bean, I stumbled upon a rather startling fact that indicates how rapidly Corporate America is caving in to the Homosexual Lobby: Walmart is now giving large donations to one of the most political of all the homosexual/transgender groups, the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund–which works to elect openly homosexual legislators, and which Bean co-founded.

In at least each of the last two years, Walmart has paid for a full-page ad in the GLVF’s newsletter, “Victory Magazine.” Walmart is listed as having donated between $25,000 and $49,999 to the Victory Fund in 2013 as a “Strategic Partner” of the homosexual organization, in the GLVF’s Spring/Summer newsletter. That is a higher level of giving than Southwest Airlines, which in recent years has been a much more active corporate donor to homosexual/transgender activist causes. (Southwest was listed as giving the Victory Fund in range of $10,000-$24,999 in the same period.)

The Walmart ad in the GLVF newsletter reads:

“Walmart is proud to support LGBT LEADERS 2014.

“We celebrate with you the gift of leadership that inspires us to do all we can, together, to help people live better.”

Walmart’s five-figure gift to a homosexual activist political organization, and its other gifts to “gay pride” events and causes like an ad in the 2014 “New York City Pride Guide,” paralleling Walmart’s increasingly pro-homosexual rating in the Human Rights Campaign’s “Corporate Equality Index”–from — percent in 2007 to 60 percent in 2012 to 90 percent today [see CEI 2015 report on PDF HERE]. As AFTAH has reported in a previous article [“HRC’s Rigged CEI Rating System”], the CEI report is geared toward pressuring companies to building a pro-homosexual profile, including through corporate gifts to “gay” groups–with the ultimate “reward” for homosexually-compliant corporations being their designation by HRC’s as a “100-percent” CEI-ranked business.

Say No to Shopping at Pro-‘LGBTQueer’ Macy’s

Hey, ladies, would it bother you if a guy changing into a dress occupied the fitting room stall next to you at Macy’s? If this creeps you out, you should thank Natalie Johnson.

She tried to preevent this from happening at a Macy’s in San Antonio several years ago. And of course, the Macy’s management was extremely thankful to her for telling a teen cross-dressing male, accompanied by several other “LGBTqueer” friends, that he could not enter the female fitting room.

No, wait. They weren’t thankful. In fact, the Macy’s managers told Natalie to turn in her badge, so to speak. Natalie was terminated but the pushy and deluded young male (a non-female) was given honor and respect for the worthy goal of
invading the privacy and safety of actual women.

Natalie cited the Macy’s employment non-discrimination policy, one that includes the category of “religion.” She’s a Christian and found it offensive for a male to undress in the women’s fitting room.

But religious rights are only included in the Macy’s employment manual for show, apparently. In a head-to head contest against boys in lipstick and heels, the boys win. That’s the culture of Macy’s.

This is why I have not been inside a Macy’s since 2011. I used to spend quite a bit of money during the holidays at our local Macys—but no longer. This decision was reinforced as I watched and photographed the huge Macy’s red star balloon flying high above the Columbus “gay” pride parade in both 2013 and 2014. The banner carried by the Macy’s employee group marchers read, “Pride and Joy.”

WATCH: HRC Co-Founder Terry Bean’s Neighbor Says Bean ‘Likes the Young Ones’ and Brought Home Underage Boys

Terry Bean–the 66-year-old co-founder of two major homosexual/transgender activist organizations — Human Rights Campaign and the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund — used to bring teenage “young” men and boys to his home who were “under 18 for sure,” says his Portland neighbor, Jeff Warila.

Warila described Bean’s arrival at home with the what appeared to be minor boys in tow as “weird.” Both Bean and his 25-year-old former “boyfriend,” Kiah Lawson, face a trial on two counts of Sodomy in the Third Degree and a single count of Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree. Warila made the observation about Bean’s peculiar dating habits to KOIN-6–which appears to be the only Portland TV station seriously covering the Bean/Lawson pederasty scandal. (Most major media are ignoring the story.) He told a KOIN-6 reporter:

“The ones that Terry likes are the young ones. They look like they’re under 18 for sure. And his friends come and they’re usually adults, but when Terry comes he has these boys with him. And I’m like [thinking], ‘That’s weird.'”

Folks, the first television news segment below was aired November 21, 2014 by Portland’s KOIN-6 news–the most aggressive station covering the sex predator scandal involving Democrat/Obama donor Terry Bean–a co-founder of two powerful “gay’transgender” organizations, Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund [see original AFTAH article HERE]. In the first video news segment below, Tim Nouanemany, the mother of Kiah Lawson, the 25-year-old former “boyfriend” of the 66-year-old Bean, accuses Bean of “grooming” her son and using him to “get young kids” for sex. She says Bean gave Lawson alcohol and Viagra to entice the 15-year-old boy whom both Bean and Lawson are accused of sodomizing.

Now let’s be honest: I doubt that Lawson is a real victim in this case–and certainly Bean isn’t. (The latter’s lawyer claims Bean was taken in by an extortion ring and that he never had sex with the minor boy; see this Dec. 3 KOIN story where Bean pleads innocent.) Based on the testimony of Bean’s neighbor, who says he saw a revolving door of underage boys visiting Bean’s Portland house [see second video below], the man others are calling a  “human rights pioneer” and great “humanitarian” apparently used his money and power to procure young men to fulfill his lust for deviant, pederastic sex. Pederast is a word with Greek roots (paiderastes) meaning literally “lover of boys,” and though its definition varies–Merriam-Webster online has it as “a man who desires or engages in sexual activity with a boy”–its very existence testifies that this has been a long and consistent feature of male homosexuality. All the sordid facts of the case will come out in the trial, but even if it turns out that Bean–a real estate developer who helped acquire HRC’s shiny headquarters building in Washington, D.C.–actually was set up by his four-decades-younger “ex,” most observers would say he deserved it–sort of like the “john” who gets robbed by the prostitute.

The HRC Headquarters that Alleged ‘Gay’ Predator Terry Bean Helped Build: Swank D.C. headquarters of the homosexual lobby group Human Rights Campaign, which 65-year-old HRC co-founder and real estate developer Terry Bean–arrested last month for allegedly sodomizing a 15-year-old boy–helped acquire. HRC President Chad Griffin complained about so-called “police violence” in Ferguson, MO, but HRC has had little to say about the alleged sex crime of its benefactor.

Where are HRC’s and GLVF’s condemnations? Speaking of trials, isn’t it interesting that HRC joined the chorus of leftists condemning the grand jury’s decision not to indict Darren Wilson, the cop who shot alleged burglar and assailant Michael Brown (in self-defense) in Ferguson, Missouri? HRC President Chad Griffin inveighed: “As advocates for equality, it’s our job to show solidarity with a growing national movement to break this cycle of police violence.”

How odd, then, that almost a month after the sex-crime arrest involving their major benefactor, neither HRC nor the homosexual Victory Fund have put out any meaningful statements on the Bean-Lawson scandal. No offers of sympathy for the minor boy. No pledges of “solidarity” with the youthful victim of pederasty. No sober reflections on the inherently exploitative nature of sexual “relationships” between rich old men and twenty-something guys.

Nada.

So much for “equality.”

When it comes to promiscuity and perversion, homosexual men are in a league by themselves. Here are some examples of what I’m calling “homo-promiscuity” covered by AFTAH over the years: go [HERE: San Francisco “leather” street festival]; [HERE: Chicago “International Mr. Leather” deviant-sex convention]; and [HERE: “Monogamish” homosexual activist and adoptive parent Dan Savage’s three-ways].

The phenomenon of male homo-promiscuity–which is routinely denied by LGBTQueer activists–makes sense, if you accept the presumption that men are more sexually aggressive than women–or at least civilized by women and genuine monogamy and marriage. As homosexual writer Jack Hart said, “Gay men have the opportunity to engage in sex with more people than do most heterosexual men.” Put two (or more) guys together in relationships that are deviant by definition and you are asking for trouble (and higher rates of sexual disease, to be sure).

Here is a recent post (11/15/14) in the edgy website “Queerty,” which is geared to homosexual men. The article is titled, “Thirty Thing Every Gay Man Must Do before Turning 30,”; Number 30 reads:

30. Make friends with someone you haven’t slept with

Any guy guy who says he hasn’t hooked up with at least 50 percent of his male friends is either lying or exhibits amazing self-control. Many a [sic] lifelong friendships between gay men were born of casual sex. But by the time you’re 30, you should have at least one close gay friend who you have not touched below the waste.

Recently, the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force (NGLTF)–the nation’s oldest homosexual activist organization–announced a name change to accommodate the never-ending permutations of out-and-proud “gayness” and gender confusion (our term for transgenderism). Their new name is “National LGBTQ Task Force” with the “Q” standing for “Queer”–a slang term once and sometimes still used against homosexuals that has been “reclaimed” by “gay” and “transgender” activists to defiantly describe their revolutionary movement.

“The new more inclusive name adds bisexual, transgender and queer to lesbian and gay in the form of LGBTQ,” the Task Force said in an October 8 press release. [Watch an accompanying Task Force video HERE.]

We at Americans For Truth About Homosexuality (AFTAH) rarely have anything good to say about the Task Force–a far-left organization that maligns defenders of Judeo-Christian morality as “haters” and celebrates all kinds of sex and gender perversions, including “polyamory” (multiple-partner sexual relationships) and sadomasochism. (Every year, the Task Force gives out a “Leather Leadership” award to honor its favorite sexual sadist.) However, in this instance we applaud the Task Force for taking a step toward semantic accuracy.

QUEER INDEED: Above is the new logo of the grassroots leftist “gay” organization formerly known as the “National Gay and Lesbian Task Force.” The “Q” stands for “Queer.” In addition to promoting homosexuality, bisexuality and transgenderism, the Task Force promotes a “Sexual Freedom” agenda that includes “polyamory” (multiple-partner sexual unions) and sadomasochism.

Henceforth, Americans For Truth will use the descriptor “LGBTQueer” instead of merely “LGBT” or even “LGBTQ” for the homosexual-bisexual-transgender-queer movement. For example, whereas in the past we would have described Human Rights Campaign–whose founder and (former) Board Member Terry Bean was arrested recently for allegedly sodomizing a 15-year-old boy–as an “LGBT lobby group,” we will now describe HRC as an LGBTQueer lobby organization. (For the record: a 65-year-old man sodomizing a 15-year-old boy is well beyond “queer.”)

By writing out “Queer” in the acronym, we mean to accentuate how that word is the best catch-all term to identify a movement that increasingly embraces any and all types of sex- and gender nonconformity (e.g., “genderqueer” as a self-identity; look it up HERE). At the same time, we avoid the sterile acronyms–however long they become–that serve to hide the radicalism and desensitize us to the extreme nature of the expanding LGBTQueer agenda.

Think about it: how often do we think of homosexual activist groups championing “Bisexuality”–the “B” in LGBT–when we hear that politically correct acronym? Most people don’t consider the wisdom of promoting “bisexual” identities as normative to schoolchildren, yet that is certainly a part of the “LG-Bisexual-T” education agenda.

On the other hand, even though the most accurate thing we could do is to write out “Lesbian-Gay-Bisexual-Transgender-Queer,” that is far too cumbersome for daily use. Even the modern Greek-Latin construct “homosexual” is unwieldy, especially when used as a noun, compared to the popular and oversimplistic term “gay.” And while most LGBTQueer activists despise the word “homosexual” as anachronistic and “homophobic” (another manipulative LGBTQueer invention), we at AFTAH have used it because at least the H-word reminds us that we’re talking about sexual misbehavior, not some innocuous “gay” identity.

NO DIVERSITY FOR EX-‘QUEERS’:  The late Anthony Falzarano, a former homosexual, turned around a defiant homosexual activist protest chant, by saying: “We’re here. We’re EX-queer. Get used to it!” Even as the “gay”/bi/trans movement makes room for all kinds of sexual/gender identities and fetishes under the rubric of  “diversity,” it campaigns viciously against EX-“gays”–even lobbying lawmakers to ban pro-heterosexual change therapy. The new Gay Task Force slogan is “Be you,” but LGBTQueer activists routinely dehumanize former homosexuals rather than accept and affirm their life and identity choices. Homosexualism and gender rebellion are not about “civil rights” but rather the practice of engaging in, justifying and celebrating immoral and perverse behaviors–which we on the side of Nature and Nature’s God rightly understand are not the basis for inherent, healthy identities. Sinful and confused behavior patterns are changeable–as testified by the many happy and successful ex-“gays” like Christopher Doyle, who give the lie to the LGBTQueer myth that “being gay” is “who you are.”

As the late ex-homosexual activist and my friend Anthony Falzarano used to say, taking liberties with a “Queer Nation” chant:

“We’re here. We’re EX-queer. Get used to it!”

Thus “LGBTQueer” seems to strike the appropriate balance of being easy to use–while highlighting the reality that the aberrant “L,” “G,” “B” and  Transgender “T”–and whatever other letters of the alphabet are appropriated by Big Gay Inc to designate some new sexual/gender fad or fetish. They all fall under the rubric of “Queer” behavior, especially by historical Western, Judeo-Christian moral standards. AFTAH will encourage other organizations, leaders and blogs to join us in using and popularizing “LGBTQueer.”

Human Rights Campaign’s Predator Problem: Founder Terry Bean, Major Obama & Democrat Fundraiser, Accused of Sexually Abusing Boy

Bean gave $1 million to HRC; also founded Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund; is largest Oregon donor to Obama; envisioned and funded HRC’s D.C. headquarters building; HRC finally comments on case after five days of silence

Obama’s ‘Chickenhawk’ Campaign Contributor? In better days, Portland homosexual activist and Democratic power-broker Terry Bean is shown posing for a photo with Barack Obama. Bean–who was arrested for sodomizing a 15-year-old  boy–was a key behind-the-scenes “gay” activist who raised more campaign cash for Obama than anyone from Oregon. “Chickenhawk” is a “gay” slang term for homosexual men who pursue sex with minor and teenage boys (derisively called “chicken”)–as appears to be the predilection of the 66-year-old Bean. Kiah Lawson, the 25-year-old former boyfriend of Bean, was also arrested for sodomizing the minor boy (see arrest photos below).

Folks, once in a while a story with such sordid and shocking details breaks through the leftist media’s pro-“gay” censorship to reveal the stark truth about the perverse lesbian-gay-bisexual-transgender-“queer” (LGBTQ) movement. The child-sex arrest of Terry Bean–a founder of both the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund; Obama money-man; and major Democratic power-broker–is one of those cases. Below is a TV news collage– including commentary by pro-family leaders Scott Lively and Bryan Fischer–of the story of the 66-year-old Bean’s arrest last Wednesday for committing sodomy with a 15-year-old-boy.

Williamette Week reports on the charges against Bean:

“Law enforcement sources familiar with the case say Bean will be charged with two counts of sodomy in the third degree, a felony, and sex abuse in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He will be arraigned later in Lane County, where the crimes allegedly occurred in 2013.”

Human Rights Campaign, the world’s largest and best-funded homosexual lobby organization (Executive Director Chad Griffin makes more than $400,000 annually), took the time to condemn the grand jury’s non-indictment of Ferguson, Missouri policeman Darren Wilson, and celebrate the “Transgender Day of Remembrance,” among other blog posts–but has yet to post anything on its website on the sex-crime arrest of Bean, who reportedly has donated more than $1 million to HRC. Bean has been removed from HRC’s Board of Directors pending the adjudication of his case.

AFTAH will carry multiple stories on this case and the twisted reality–dating back to ancient homosexuality–of older adult “homosexual” men sodomizing teenage boys. How telling is it that HRC–which routinely and recklessly castigates conservative, Christian pro-family groups like AFTAH–took five days to issue a bland, non-condemnatory statement on its predatory benefactor Bean? His arrest puts the powerful homosexual lobby group in a very tight spot: Bean, after all, is so central to the “gay” lobby’s success that he came up with the idea of HRC constructing of a swank headquarters building in Washington, D.C.
