AFTAH’s story on “gay” icon Frank Kameny and his belief that bestiality is a “constitutional right” (“as long as the animal doesn’t mind”) is making the rounds. Funny how our “queer” blog critics — even the fanatical AFTAH-haters at Box TURTLE Bulletin — don’t want to talk about it. The following story appeared in the conservative Canadian web newsite Canada Free Press:
Pro-family crusader looks to PETA to take a stand against bestiality promoter
Homosexual activist Frank Kameny says that bestiality is OK
Ingrid Newkirk, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (Editor’s note: Some Canada Free Press readers may find the subject in this story objectionable.)
It seems that just about everyone has weighed in for his or her say now that homosexual activist Frank Kameny says that bestiality is OK if the animal approves.
Everyone that is other than the Ingrid Newkirk-led People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
Conservative MPs protest attempts to silence critics of homosexual acts
Folks, we highly recommend LifesiteNews.com, which is one of the world’s best pro-family news sites. You can sign up for their daily e-mail newsletter HERE. The article below (read it in full on LifesiteNews HERE) reveals how the European Union is pressuring independent nations into accepting its radical homosexualist agenda:
By Michael Baggot
RIGA, Latvia, June 3, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Following efforts from a European Parliament group to silence public disapproval of homosexual behavior, six conservative MPs from the Latvia First Party boldly challenged the “gross interference of a homosexual group of European Parliament members into Latvia’s internal affairs” in a recently released statement.
“Church representatives and other supporters of traditional family values stand against the forcing of the mistaken idea that homosexuality is normal upon society, against the legal equalisation of homosexual rights and the natural family model, and against the challenging demonstration of homosexuals and immoral and hooligan behaviours,” stated the six MPs.
The MPs’ remarks came in response to the European Parliament’s Intergroup on Gay and Lesbian Rights condemnation of an open letter from Archbishop of Riga Cardinal Janis Pujats and other Catholic priests opposing the legality of the May 31st pro-homosexuality Equality March.
The European group chided the Catholic clergy for “inflicting their prejudices on others.”
I’m writing as President of Americans For Truth and as a pro-family conservative opposed to the homosexual activist agenda, to express our concern about your decision to serve as “host MC” for the Orlando “Gay Days” Kickoff Party tonight. Here’s the web link citing your participation: http://www.gaydays.com/events/kickoff/.
Pro-family advocates and conservatives are rightly concerned about escalating media bias surrounding the homosexual debate. It is difficult for a well-known newsperson like yourself to maintain a reputation for fairness and neutrality while simultaneously hosting a “Gay Days” event that celebrates homosexuality. You must know that homosexuality and related issues like “same-sex marriage” are deeply divisive issues in our culture, and I would hope that you see it as your role, as a professional journalist, to “play it down the middle” in this debate. Also, the fact that Orlando Gay Days centers around Disneyworld — a destination for children and families — makes this homosexual celebration all the more concerning to pro-family Americans.
Folk, there’s more common sense and wisdom in this three-minute video by country Gospel singers and songwriters Lewis and Lewis than in a thousand court briefings by Lambda Legal (the leading homosexual activist legal pressure group — you know, the group that enables men who “cruise” for anonymous sex with other men in public park and bathrooms by giving them legal tips on how to “cruise safely”).
Perhaps the reason why so many homosexual activists are so unreasonable and vicious is that they’re trying in vain to justify the unjustifiable: sex between two people of the same sex will always be wrong and unnatural, no matter how many court victories the Homosexual Lobby wins. (The good news is homosexuals can change.) And don’t forget these three words if you are tempted to allow American judges to decide your morality: Roe versus Wade. — Peter LaBarbera

Can dogs “consent”? Frank Kameny, one of the godfathers of the “gay” movement, says bestiality is not a perversion and that it’s OK “as long as the animal doesn’t mind.”
Richard, a frequent homosexual critic of Americans For Truth, writes us regarding “gay rights” icon Frank Kameny’s assertion that bestiality — sex with animals — is OK “as long as the animal doesn’t mind.” The question that Richard described as “silly” below refers to this line in our piece: “We have many questions for Kameny, the first being: how exactly does an animal signal his or her “consent” to have sex with a human?”
Richard writes:
Peter … I think interspecies sexual conduct is probably morally wrong. I have no intention of ever attempting sexual activity with any other species than human. However, you do ask some silly questions. Animals express consent rather plainly. Have you ever had a pet cat or dog? Ever been on a farm with cows and horses and pigs? An animal expresses consent with tooth and claw and hoof. My dog and cat and horse will let me know right away if they consent to the leash or harness or food of the day. With meows and toss of the head and baring of the teeth and growls and so forth. Animals communicate VERY well. I found your question about animals communicating consent rather silly. think about it.
Gov. Arnold Schwarzegger (R) chose to elevate political correctness over truth in responding to the California Supreme Court’s arrogant ruling for homosexual “marriage.”
The Dead Kennedys punk rock band prophetically sang in 1979:
Your kids will meditate in school!
Zen fascists will control you…
Now it is 1984
Knock-knock at your front door
It’s the suede/denim secret police
They have come for your uncool niece…California über Alles.
Whether people recognize it or not, we live not in a California-created world but in a divinely-created world, where government gets its binding authority (the sword) from God to promote good conduct and disallow bad. This is why the state governor is introduced as “his Excellency.”
We now observe a “brave new world” of radical, “cool” diversity, where the word “excellence” is politically incorrect. It’s everywhere. Last week, the British government okayed the creation of animal/human embryos, legalized, for the sake of lesbian maternal desires, the elimination of the father as an essential part of a family, and the European Court on Human Rights agreed to hear a case brought by a chimpanzee (actually its handlers). By increments, our modern world abandons all belief in human dignity as bearing the image of God. In the same week, not to be outdone, California legalized gay “marriage.”
Frank Kameny — the “gay” pioneer revered by homosexual activists for his role in pressuring the American Psychiatric Association to effectively reclassify homosexuals as normal — now says that sex with animals is OK “as long as the animal doesn’t mind.”
Kameny responded to AFTAH’s article reporting on the sale of bestiality videos (and other hard-core pornography) at the recent “International Mr. Leather” convention — by defending sex with “consenting animals” and encouraging the use of “more and better and harder-core pornography” as manifestations of “Americanism in action.”
In his e-letter to Americans For Truth, Kameny, 83, stated:
“Bestiality is not my thing … But it seems to be a harmless foible or idiosyncrasy of some people. So, as long as the animal doesn’t mind (and the animal rarely does), I don’t mind, and I don’t see why anyone else should.”
We have many questions for Kameny, the first being: how exactly does an animal signal his or her “consent” to have sex with a human?
AFTAH criticized the notion that Kameny should be honored as an American civil rights hero. This writer has had several interactions with Kameny over the years, and I have interviewed him at length. He is civil but not afraid to confront “the enemy,” usually in stinging letters to pro-family leaders after watching them debate a “gay”-related issue in the media. Congress may be adjourned for the Memorial Day recess, but a series of misguided state bills aren’t providing any relief for pro-family groups. Just ask the residents of Colorado, where locals are bracing themselves for an “anti-bias” law that is actually changing where people use the restroom. Yesterday, over the protests of thousands of families, Gov. Bill Ritter (D) signed SB 200 into law. The legislation blurs the sexual lines by making all public accommodations, including locker rooms and restrooms, “gender-free.” In other words, anyone–regardless of their biological identity–will be welcome in the men’s or ladies’ room, including cross-dressers, men who self-identify as women, women who self-identify as men, and people who haven’t made up their minds. To make matters worse, Colorado defines “public accommodations” as everything from malls, restaurants, and schools to small and even home businesses. The other side says this is about discrimination. But the chance of offending a few people hardly justifies putting everyone else at risk, which is exactly what SB 200 does.
For every transvestite who takes advantage of this law, there are a dozen sexual predators who will see this as a chance to put women and children into a vulnerable situation. Focus on the Family launched a statewide awareness campaign, but in the end, even Colorado’s largest Christian ministry couldn’t compete with Ritter’s desire to pay off liberal financier Tim Gill, who sank serious dollars into the governor’s election campaign in 2006. From here all eyes will turn to Montgomery County, [Maryland], where a November ballot initiative will determine the fate of its bathroom bill.
